COURT ORDERS CURACAO FORMER MINISTER OF HEALTH TO PAY BACK MORE THAN A QUARTER OF A MILLION DOLLARS AND....

Willemstad, Curacao. Curacao former Minister of Health, Jacinta Venancia Adelaida Constancia (April 1st 1973) which is a current member of Parliament for the Opposition Political Party, Movementu Futuro Korsou (MFK) and her ex-husband were required to repay 365,000 guilders with interest to the Bureau Sickness Costs Insurance (BSCI), in Dutch; Bureau Ziektekostenvoorzieningen (BZV).

PAST SENTENCE

Last year Constancia was sentenced to 20 months imprisonment with a five year ban on holding any Curacao Public Office. 

The reasons were:

1) her serious violation of the trust placed in her as a minister,

2) the effect of discrediting the office and,

3) apparently because she did not repent of her actions.

Last year, the Curacao Court of First Instance, convicted the following persons for committing fraud; seven years ago:

1) Jacinta Constancia,

2) Constancia's former partner; Anbertus Scoop and,

3) Anbertus Scoop then friend, Gianni Benschop.

Constancia’s policy advisor at the time; Annaliza Mathilda, was acquitted of all charges as proposed by the prosecutors (apparently due to cooperation).

FEES

Apparently Constancia also has to pay 10,000 guilders in litigation cost.

It was reported that Constancia and her former partner, took the money instead of paying the bill for 40,000 guilders for undelivered surgical face masks.

PAST CONFLICTS

About four months after being baptized, on February 2017, Jacinta had an altercation in Parliament with a fellow MP Ms Giselle McWilliam.

During parliament session, Constancia approach Ms McWilliam from behind and slapped her.

McWilliam was taken to hospital after which she filed charges at the police station.

The Judge condemned Jacinta, he sentenced her for 200 hours community service (work without payment). 

SLAP CASE INTERVIEW

Jacinta Constancia claimed the following in an interview outside the courthouse.

Reporter: “Following the member of MFK (Constancia), there is something strange, on the form that her colleague from the political party MAN (McWilliam) explained of what she was suffering because of the event in February.”

Constancia: “In this room, we saw how Dr. Braam took a look at my colleague (McWilliam).”

“Dr. Braam, looked at my colleague, there was nothing that they indicated in those moments.”

“and what the lady (McWilliam) indicated that was ratified based on her press conference, how she was moving her body etc, etc.

not to justify, what I did, because we said the incident was wrong, but, what I took a look at, was that, if after the incident, was gone to Landsrecherche (National Investigation), after going to Landsrecherche (National Investigation), 6 o'clock was gone to a press conference, so at 6:30 you were still at the press conference.”

“How is it possible that during your press conference at 6:30, the doctor writes a letter that he saw you (check your health) at 6:30, so, and the press conference finished at 7:00?”

If the claims that Jacinta made in the interview were correct, it would mean that, the then minister of health from Cabinet Koeiman (political party MAN, Mcwilliam political party as well), Zita Jesus-Leito (political party PAR), did not investigate the following:

1) the doctors apparent false letter and or

2) claims and or fabrications towards a patient health and

3) the doctors apparent attempt to influence a court case involving parliamentarians.

"People gets Constancia all wrong, all Jacinta tried to do is bringing the woman to the right path.

At times true love hurts.

Jacinta is a christian person.

Those people need to get slaptized.

Jacinta was slapping the inferno out of her.
