The Curaçao Tourist Board reports that 57,412 stayover visitors travelled to the island in June 2025, representing a 15% increase compared to June 2024. This steady growth shows that more travellers are choosing Curaçao, even during months that are considered slow season for tourism.    CURACAO AND THE CARIBBEAN TOURISM IS GROWING All source regions contributed to the growth. The Caribbean led with a 25% increase in arrivals, followed by South America at 20%, North America at 15%, and Europe at 8%. Europe and North America remained the top source markets in absolute number of arrivals, recording 19,554 and 17,997 visitors respectively. According to Immigration Card data, visitors stayed an average of 7.7 nights during the month. Curaçao welcomed a total of 17,119 arrivals in June 2025, which also positioned the US market as the main source market for the month of June. As for choice of lodging, 68% of the US visitors chose to stay in resort hotels, while 32% stayed at an alternative accommodation. The average length of stay was 6 nights.  The Netherlands: Curaçao welcomed 16,390 visitors from the Netherlands, a 6% increase compared to 15,422 arrivals in June 2024. A majority (55%) opted for non-resort accommodations, while 45% stayed at resorts. Dutch visitors stayed an average of 11.7 nights.  Colombia:  Visitor numbers from Colombia increased by 9% in June 2025, recording 5,770 stayover arrivals compared to 5,290 arrivals in June 2024. Colombian visitors stayed an average of 5.4 nights, with 59% choosing to stay in resort hotels. Stayover arrivals alone increased by 15%, and the Curaçao Tourist Board anticipates continued momentum, potentially reaching its projected target of 765,000 stayover arrivals by the end of the year.
