I. OUR COMMENT POLICY IS ENSHRINED IN FOUR (4) BASIC DIRECTIVES:

Comments are truly welcomed and greatly encouraged in this community in an atmosphere of transparency and honesty, in order to foster participation, interaction and feedback. However; there are some instances where comments will be edited or deleted as follows:
CHAPTER 1.0 COMMENTS SHOULD BE RELEVANT TO POSTED TOPIC.
Comments deemed to be spam or questionable spam will be deleted! This includes any link or links to non-relevant content which is not permitted.
