On Saturday, October 6, 2018, the US Senate’s final vote tallied 50-48 in favour of Supreme Court justice appointee Brett Kavanaugh, who was paraded before the world to know that he had sexually assaulted Dr Chrissy Ford more than 30 years ago.

IN THE USA A MAN IS: "GUILTY ON ACCUSATION"; INSTEAD OF; "INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY"…

Sonia, a mother of four young adult sons, of which two are in USA, one in Netherlands and the other in Curacao, exclaimed a general concern of a majority of the women who heard the entire issues and said, “It is now incumbent upon Justice Brett Kavanaugh, to follow up and clear his name, not out of or because of vengeance of a failed character or political assassination attempt and assault on his character and life efforts. However, now Justice Kavanaugh is the flag-bearer and torchbearer for men who have or will be targeted by women who seem very credible and believable due to the world wide #METOO Movement.”

She continued that it is a shame how far things have gone, no sex is above the other, there are still more issues of women on women sex crimes and even less reported cases of men-on-men sex crimes.

It is true that Justice Kavanaugh now has a responsibility to ensure his “good name” and his reputation is cleared. If the same thing had occurred with men trying to intimidate a female US senator, as they did with Senator Flake and other senators, that would absolutely be classified as harassment.

YOUTH AND ALCOHOL, A BAD COMBINATION!

Before a Senate subcommittee Dr Ford testified with a quavering voice as though remembering and reliving the traumatic incident over again, claiming that she was 100 percent sure that then the younger Brent Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her at a party when she was a minor, she drank liquor as a minor and wore a swimsuit under her clothes possibly for a night of clean fun, where at that late hour of the night her own parents may or may not have known where their daughter was and what she was doing and with whom.

BEHAVIOUR PATTERN OR EXCEPTION TO THE MOLD…

Maybe that was the first time that the young Ford had done something like this, or maybe more than likely this might have been a regular repertoire in her rebellious years, when her parents had very little control of the young Chrissy Ford; if they knew of her late night “sneak-out partying repertoire”. However, if her parents at that time; when she was still a minor; at 15-years-old, knew nothing of her “sneak-out partying repertoire”, then that should be classified as “child neglect” or an “unruly or uncontrollable minor”, who as well broke the law in underage drinking.

An onlooker sitting by the water’s edge in Punda expressed that hopefully Dr Ford is a better mother and parent to her children especially if she has any daughters and was telling the senate sub-committee the whole truth and nothing but the truth about what she accused Brett Kavanaugh of. Then the real sign of a true hero would be to stick to her story and pursue justice no matter at what length, after all she was appalled by the Democrats, for her strength to stand up and accuse Brett Kavanaugh, causing a delay in President Trump’s lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court.

However, if Dr Ford had ulterior motives and she knowingly deceived or self-convinced herself through various psychological methods that she was sexually assaulted by Brent Kavanaugh, then, if she has any sons, she must be seriously considering karma and how it comes back to bite those we love dearly.

YOU CAN BE SUCCESSFULLY TRAUMATIZED AND TREAT OTHERS WITH SIMILAR CONDITIONS…

Dr Ford claimed that she was so traumatized by the incident that it negatively affected her life. However, Dr Ford went to become a “successful” psychologist and university professor, who now teaches other young men and women as well as possibly treating patients for various disorders. A female “Banda Ariba” resident who lived in Netherlands and Barbados, sitting in the crowd raised an interesting point with the little crowd that had formed. She said, “Proof that not only in Curacao are the chronically sick treating the acutely ill, or in politics; it’s the blind leading the deaf or thieves bullying the innocent and accusing the innocents of thieving, but it looks like US politics and the majority of Democrats, especially in Senate, have taken an all time low route to hit below the belt.”

FACTS DON'T CARE ABOUT FEELINGS…

The Federal Bureau of Investigation conducted their interviews and investigation and changed very little, except the fact that was very little corroborating evidence to substantiate Dr Ford’s accusation against Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault. However, now that Brett Kavanaugh has been confirmed as a sitting Supreme Court justice, Dr Ford’s desires to continue in the pursuit of justice.

VICTIMIZATION, SEXUAL ASSAULT AND OPPRESSION IN THE CARIBBEAN…

In Curacao, sexual harassment and sexual assault is a topic that is very little touched upon; after all, most of the charges of sexual harassment, sexual assault or rape are treated, it seems, with very little importance. Based on some sources, it seems, and this is when complaints, evidence and claims have been made even to the “OM”, that victims are siphoned off to the Police Department and nothing much comes from it, unless a Curasaleno belongs to a distinguished family or a member of some influential political, economical, social elite or aristocratic Curacao community.

That means for the common Curacao girl or even for the non-European female immigrant, a life of enduring sexual harassment, sexual assault or rape and or overt abuse may be a desensitized dissociative disconnection that is a continuous work under management. For that, the US laws of checks and balances and protecting the “common working man” and “common working woman” are just the same for high society aristocrats, and this is what leaves much to be admired in the fight for fairness and justice, and the hopes that the era of the relevance of Transparency International truths about Curacao is improving or changing in Curacao.

Fundamental human rights and protection under the law is not something that must be earned, it is something inherent, a privilege and right to every citizen and person. From a poll I conducted, it was demonstrated that very rarely do native Curasalenos abuse the rights and privileges of “Dutch born European citizens – Netherlands born or educated”, whereas the feedback obtained there is far more incidence and prevalence of complaints vice versa of the abuse by “Dutch born European citizens – Netherlands born or educated” against “local native or non-European” Curasalenos.

DO NOT STOP THE MESSENGER, STOP THE RAPIST!

According to some social medical scientists, rape is the exercise of power of one over that of the victim, whether that is financial or social elitism (however, there are exceptions where medical mental disorders occupy an organic cause). On the other hand, sexual assault is considered an exercise of privilege of the perpetrator over that of the victim. However, sexual harassment is considered one of exercise of rights of the perpetrator over that of the victim. In the miscarriage of justice, many times the innocent becomes the intimidated, the harassed, the assaulted and the one who is raped, whether out of scorn, vengeance or political plot.

The Republican senator for Maine, Susan Collins, voted her conscience, intellectually based on the caveat of Senate’s mission, yet she was met with an immediate 2020 election intimidation machinery. This should not be accepted and this should not be tolerated. Not all men are the accused Brett Kavanaugh and, there again, not all women are Dr Chrissy Blasey Ford in cases of sexual assault, rape or sexual harassment!

It’s true, and each of you raised some good points, however; Richard Charron follow me from a historic point where Brett Kavanaugh attended Yale University and graduates with a Juris Doctorate 17 years post both his polarized democratic Hillary (Hill) Rodham-Clinton and her husband, (Bill) William Jefferson [Blythe] Clinton (42nd US President), a christian baptist, who was scandalized by the jewish descendant, the Monica Lewinsky; sex scandals and almost impeached under the investigation of Judge Ken Starr and his clerk, Brett Kavanaugh, at that time whom chiefly got the lurid turid details from Monica Lewinsky sex affairs with Bill Clinton and the semen stained blue dress evidence that proved she had sexual affair with President Bill Clinton.

Now to bring everything home, in retrospect; if most people only recall, found out or knew that Kavanaugh was intricately involved in The Clinton's most embarrassed moments – “The Monica Lewinsky Sex Scandal”, the entire scenario to utterly embarrassed, by “lie or truth”, on the former US Circuit Judge and former George W Bush; (43rd US President); White House Staff Secretary.

In Kavanaugh’s appointment to the US Court of Appeals for DC Circuit in 2003, it took 3 years and during that time Christine Blassey Ford; CBF; never came forward; afterall it was about 15 years earlier from now; and he was finally confirmed in 2006 and served until he left in 2018. Again, there was no whisper of CBF until Kavanaugh was on the short list for the Supreme Court.

How convenient, right?

Special Investigator Judge Kenneth Starr along with his clerk uncovered the “sexual misconduct” and caught former US President Bill Clinton in a “lie” about not having sexual relations with Monica Lewinsky. Was this a “hit for a hit” to remind Kavanaugh of how embarrassing it was for Hillary Clinton; (US First Lady); as a wife to an accused “Serial Sexual Predator”;(SSP); or “Rapist”, when he assisted in extracting the Monica Lewinsky sex Chronicles with Bill Clinton. In the immortal words of probably Hillary Clinton’s, “Revenge is a dish best served cold”.

The Democratic DNA dictates that you have to prove you are a loyal democrat, to and for “The Aristocratic Democrats” (AD); and in order to get “Democratic Clout Backing” and “Democratic Financial Support & Backing” for any political candidate seating. Let’s recall some time ago when a certain US representative originally from Puerto Rico, told the story of a democratic candidate that was disobedient and unruly “gallo”. In simple that “gallo” lost his election!

Therefore the title was an oxymoronic approach laced with sarcastic irony, of the example explanation above. Hopefully this points out how politics at its best has begun to become more degenerative than ever because of the apparent Democratic “allegiance phenomenon”. This could be interpreted as the school of tropical fishes or even better dramatized thru Ludacris song; “When I move you move; just like that …”.

The article; A Potential Rapist On The US Supreme Court, and the artwork shows a Kavanaugh with his hands raised up like in “Black Lives Matter” where the republican Kavanaugh comes to understand what it is like to be falsely accused and putting up his hands.

There is the background of a white house outlined with black, where apparently the sexual assault happened, a common house that could be anyone’s home and still no one’s home.

The monarch butterfly speaks for itself. They are mostly on Christine Blassey Ford; CBF; side, and it tells the start of the story of a serial abuser, “of a victim who became the criminal”.

The postcard and the glass of tropical alcoholic drink at the foreground dramatizes the story of an accuser claiming someone did something wrong to her when in the negative film perspective it is actually the accusee who seems to be doing something wrong and continuing to do something worst still.

Dr. Chrissy Blassey Ford like Kavanagh said, may have been sexually assaulted, or maybe she may have been sexually harassed or even sexually raped but it probably and most likely was not Kavanaugh maybe her habitual sneak-out partying eventually put her in a uncompromising situation where something happened to her, and that is unfortunate because it could have probably been prevented if her parents played a bigger role in keeping her on the path of a good child, or if she was less rebellious to her parents parenting advice and discipline. No one is blaming Dr. Blassey Ford, but she is a psychologist!

At most Kavanaugh is entitled to have his name cleared from defamation of sexual assault from Dr. Blassey Ford, not out of vengeance but out of justice, so that other men, whom maybe innocent, do not get taken up, jailed, imprisoned and loose everything; because someone accuses another of sexual assault.

One example in the news today is the young african american; 9 year old; who was frighteningly terrorized, by a white senior-middle aged looking woman accusing him of groping her. We are in an unfortunate time of the #METOO Moment, but we are truly fortunate that this was not in the era of less than 80 years ago in the time of Slavery and “white america”, the “mob like” setting only needed the accusation of a white woman or white girl against a black man or a black boy that would result in the black male being lynched, tarred and feather, hung to death or whipped just short of his life.

How many black men and black boys fell to this at the hands of a white woman or white girl; falsely accused?

Now because of the possibly single mother family, they may not be able to hire a more seasoned attorney or an attorney that is non-political or non-partisan, or sadly enough not a democrat that is a lawyer, preaching we must learn to communicate first before calling the police. Thanks goodness to technology and camera surveillance. The point is that maybe a black republican lawyer or even a good lawyer would have first considered a civil law suit of personal injury in the millions (USD). However the sad point is This #METOO movement has empowered feminism to such a level that the unionization with the LGBTQ community further puts forward women are always honest always truthful never lie and never cheat, that they are always the victim and never the criminal. I personally am on the side that both are errored! I believe that truths and facts supersede from which mouth it comes, whether male, female, female/male, male/female!

Thank you all and I hope this offers a better understanding and clarification addressing “guilty by accusation” & #Me Too Movement along with the title of the article and true culprits of false accusations and a caribbean example of an accused sitting official.
