A 22-year-old soldier was arrested by the Marechaussee (Dutch Police Task Force) at the Mambo beach club yesterday night. The man was apprehended peddling dangerous drugs to guests. THE ARREST The soldier is not stationed in the Suffisant or Parera area, but is visiting for the holidays from the Netherlands. The Dutch soldier has been accused with cocaine trafficking and possession. Heroin is an addictive narcotic that can cause serious physical or psychological dependence.
