Willemstad, Curacao. Late in December 2019, the Curacao people and one of their historically largest economic engine was deplenished of equity/ownership rights and only time will tell if revenue will be depleted as well and further strenuous exercising on Curacao's weakening GDP potential. We all have heard that the devil isn't real or does not exist, so, do no need to be afraid of an imaginary tool. As time passes and you meet people, you realize that the devil could be inside somehow working to rob, destroy, kill and devour your life or of those you love. Then again maybe the devil is bigger and "badder" and actually is working not on destroying, killing and devouring the individual but instead has shifted gears concentrating on communities, societies, nations and countries, all just by focusing on its leadership.

FREE FREEDOM...

Once upon a time, the Dutch island of Curacao was captive and enslaved. The people became somewhat free, and accustomed themselves to that type of "freedom". 
A freedom that allows them to travel, buy, sell and build. However; it appears that freedom is not really free in Curacao! 
Freedom is unknown to a lot of people, some think it is so strange to be free, that an oil refinery can liberate people's lifestyle and a countries economy.

SOLD TO A HIGH BIDDER...

JJosephaNews media wire learnt that the countries property was already sold to "the higher" and possibly the only bidder for an unknown and undisclosed amount of money. 

CURACAO'S MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR PRESENT TO THE PEOPLE FROM THE GOVERNMENT OF CURACAO... 

The Rhuggenaath Administration and Coalition Government (PAR-MAN-PIN) gift of a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, the people of Curacao got hit with:

• A record and historical 21% high unemployment. 
• More than 25,000 undocumented Venezuelan living in Curacao and many surviving; day by day, without knowing if they will be able to make it tomorrow. 
• A national debt of more than $1.4 billion US dollars.
• A Christmas holiday filled with poverty and uncertainty.
• "Manufacturing-less" National GDP contributor for ending the year. This is because, reportedly; Curacao is no longer the owner of the Oil refinery and Bullenbaai (a bay on the central west coast of Curacao, covering one sixth of the length of the Curacao's west coast).

UNDER THE TABLE AND BEHIND CLOSED DOORS CURACAO'S OIL REFINERY SOLD FROM UNDER THE FEET OF THE PEOPLE?

On Dec 22nd, in a secret meeting at Forti (aka Fort Amsterdam is a fort in Curacao where the offices of the cabinet and governor of Curacao are located), an agreement was reached between the government-owned Refineria di Kòrsou aka Curacao Refinery (RdK) and the Swiss company; Klesch Group.

It was reported that, the Klesch Group will start operating the Isla refinery and oil storage in Bullenbaai in 2020.

JJosephaNews attempted to contact Gary Klesch, of the Klesch Group; (which has a total employment of about 600 employees among five (5) countries), for a response before publishing time and still awaits his response. 

OWNERSHIP BELONGS TO THE PEOPLE, RIGHT? IS EVERYONE GETTING A PIECE OF THE PIE EXCEPT THE PEOPLE WHO OWNS AND BAKES THE PIE...

Surprisingly, Curacao's government; The Executive Branch led by Prime Minister Eugene Rhuggenaath (PAR) in Coalition with Hensley Koeiman (MAN) and Suzy Camelia-Romer (PIN), nor the Curacao's Legislative Branch of Government, Parlamento di Korsou - The Estates of Curacao elected representatives fail to and did not rightly inform the people; the very voters who elected these representatives to act on their behalf to represent them in the management of the Country and the very same voters that pay their monthly and annual salary.  

A SLAP IN TH FACE OF THE PEOPLE OF CURACAO. DISRESPECTING THE CURACAO PEOPLE RIGHT IN THEIR FACE.

Many people living in Curacao, may psychosomatically start to feel the same stinging sensation across the face that Giselle McWilliams once felt, after a quick handed "slap-the-baby-Jesus-name out of your soul" slap from "The Baptizer" Jacintha "Muhammad Ali" Constancia, as they try to explain the apparent disrespect from the Rhuggenaath cabinet, because, neither: 

• (1.) The assets of "The People Owned" Company were fully disclosed, nor; 
• (2.) The details of the acquisition, 
• (3.) Apparently, not even the price; that the Swiss company will pay has been made known to the Proper and Rightful Owners - "The People Of Curacao"; even though an agreement has yet to be made on the role of the Venezuelan state-owned oil and natural gas company: Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A. (PdVSA) until the acquisition by Klesch.
