In a previous psychiatric report, it indicated that Mr. Dutley Schoobaar could receive an ambulant IC system, where he could go and receive his weekly injection shots under policy guidelines because, Curacao's mental health facilities; Capriles Clinic and Reclassering, refused to admit nor threat Mr. Dutley Schoobaar, due to his alleged attitude.
MEDICATION
Mr. Dickens made a requested to the judge; for Mr. Schoobaar to receive an ambulant treatment; for example at "Clinical Poli"; to recieve his weekly injection shots since Capriles Clinic refuses to admit or treat him there anymore.
Judge; van Gink, the chief judge of the Curacao's Court tribunal in this case, told Dutley Schoobaar, that he needs to be happy with his lawyer; Mr. Dickens, who is doing his best to help him, because, if it wasn't so, the case would have been over with a long time ago!
REFLECTIONS OF THE SCHOOBAAR CASE
The Curacao government must start taking human rights more seriously on the island and the legislative body; Curacao's Parliament, must create laws that take into care and consideration this sector of the population that have psychiatric problems and challenges, to either be a functioning part of society and or recieve the proper medical and psychtric healthcare attention and services that they require and deserves as human beings in accordance to the United Nations articles on Human rights.
