MP's Giselle McWilliams and Stephen Walroud fast becoming Political Liabilities in Curacao Politics! Population voicing their concerns again in Curacao Corner! Homosexual rights and Marriage Superseding Human Rights in Curacao?

CURACAO CORNER: ON GISELLE MCWILLIAMS (MAN-MP) AND STEPHEN WALROUD (PAR-MP).

In a recent poll, 7 out of every 10 persons expressed that they disagree with the MP's intention of Giselle McWilliams and Stephen Walroud. One outspoken Caracas Bay resident expressed, "Therefore; the question arises; that these MP's are acting on their own personal accord and not doing the business of the people. The Staten van Curacao; is for the business of the people, the nation; the country,  but are these MP's and all those who are supporting them; doing their own private personal business and supporting the oligarchies of their political supporters and friends who make donations and support their campaigns; and that to their political parties? Shame; shame; shame on Giselle McWilliams and Steph'! That proposed law needs a "Jacinta-Supra-Paranormal Effect" aka "JaSu PanE Anomaly", to slap it down! Real talk."

One former PAR member inquired; "Ask them about human rights; which is a more straight forward and to the point issue; it sounds like "these people"; running games on the curacao people; as though we all fools! But; watch out, and see if these same people, who all of them in Parliament trying to fool the curacao population with this law; and see if we will vote for them again or any political party they are apart of again?"

The former PAR member and supporter continued; "MP's like that, seem like they keep on abusing people and then talking:

• (1.) about rights for Gays, Lesbians, Queers and Transgenders, and 
• (2.) about rights of the planet, and 
• (3.) putting a ban on plastics. 

Yet, MP's like; Giselle McWilliams and Stephen Walroud must be one or the other: 

• Either; Too Arrogant; or;
• Too Ignorant, 

to see how the rights, and common decency of the common curacao man and average curacao family is being grossly abuse, and how rampant abusing the rights of the larger sector of curacao people is occurring". 

Another former PAR supporter added in that, "there must be some investigation to see what real damage that Norman Serphos may have done to Justice in Curacao, because people don't just jump up one day and do something allegedly so abusive of peoples rights with an apparent derelict of duties and responsibilities for and to the legal system of Curacao and to the Justice branch and department of Curacao! I believe that kind of alleged behavior grows and worsens over time because the more a person is able to get away with the more they continue along the same trajectory".
Furthermore; the former PAR supporter expressed, that there are certain dutch female lawyers who are "officers of the court", who are abusing the legal, political and human rights of the average curacao "man" and their families, and possibly because the laws are so antiquated, and apparently these same legislative branch MP's possibly know those and those things affect 85% of the entire Curacao populations, yet what are they doing about it? Absolutely nothing"!
The former PAR supporter concluded with an expression that in his opinion, that there are some lawyers that are very unethical and they seemed to be protected by others and apparently by the Curacao Bar Association of Lawyers. The former PAR Supporter noted that, the proof is in the pudding, but now that Norman Serphos is not there anymore; will there be someone ethical in the branch or department that will call a spade a spade and a "dirty lawyer" a "dirty lawyer" and then act on those claims to investigate and pursue the truth and the facts and not hide or throw away or be apart of throwing away claims made against these individuals. 

Another former PAR supporter concluded, "Yet, where is Ms. Giselle McWilliams and Stephen Walroud on this? They are absolutely nowhere, they have probably develop "judicial myopia" or human rights, ethical and legal rights blindness? Who is protecting us, the Curacao population, and who is protecting our rights, or is it that only Gays, Lesbians, Queers and Transgender rights matter in Curacao and to the Prime Minister of Curacao, Eugene Rhuggenaath? Well they're wrong; the people of Curacao's Human and political rights do matter, and I do belief that; before long you will see certain mixed-raced lawyers and their firms; and their companies, close down and then they disappear into the darkness and escape; because, if Norman Serphos; could be uncovered, then the alleged unethical behavior; of intentionally deceiving the courts and abusing the laws, for their favor and in their favors, and hence abusing people's human and political rights in Curacao; will be discovered as well, But, that is if; racial discrimination is addressed; political discrimination is addressed, and the sexist and favoritism is addressed and then we are sure that more than likely the Governor General knows about these things, as well as the Ombudsman office. So; the international treaties and instruments on Human and political rights, and our very own constitution of Curacao; must be defended for each and every Curacao man, woman, child, resident and entity, because; none are above the other. But as for me, I will never vote for Giselle McWilliams nor Stephen Walroud ever again, because to me, they don't represent the will of the people, they represent the free interest and personal agenda of their very own and all those who support them". 

An apparent MAN Supporter stated, "the Prime Minister Eugene Rhuggenaath was probably  strategically targeted by possibly the Gay Pride organizers and the Community behind them for more than one reason, and coincidentally; notice afterwards the PM was clothed as the "JFK of Curacao", to take us out of the dark economic times yet we are far worst off it seems than we were before he had anything to do with the economy or the direction of Curacao. This may be a case of; you scratch my back and I will scratched your back, but it is something that should be investigated! However; the far left political ideology seems to be dominating the political parties of PAR, MAN and PIN; lead by PM Rhuggenaath; (6 seats in Curacao Parliament 8th Session), Hensley Koeiman; (5 seats in Curacao Parliament 8th Session), and Suzy Romer; (1 seat in Curacao Parliament 8th Session). If this law; by Giselle McWilliams and Steph; is even introduced to the floor of parliament; or passes, then these are the leaders and their political parties; aforementioned above; are who are responsible, plain and simple, and therefore; every curacao voter should remember that the next time they go to vote at the polls, especially in the next election, that their human rights are less than those rights of the oligarchy minority friends, families and supporters".

Still yet another former PAR supporter said; they are taking signatures to remind people of MP Giselle McWilliams of the political party MAN and PAR Stephen Walroud real and true intentions, and the small group; which seemed to also have former MAN supporters as well, shouted; "what have these MP's Giselle and Stephen done to:
(1.) Protect Human Rights, fight for people's rights and the injustice that people in her own party have done to others!
(2.) What have Giselle and Stephen done to protect the jobs and rights of people who are being abused and lost?
(3.) What about the rights of refugees being held in the detention center?
(4.) What about students rights when they were closing down schools in Curacao?
(5.) What about the rights of these Venezuelan women who are trafficked here; or arrive here in Curacao, and are forced into Sex Slavery or Prostitution; as "Trago Girls"?
It seems that; "Ketchup Politicians" like that are all farce! Or; maybe they trying to protect their own rights, or that of their children or friends children, in Curacao; because: (A.) the Gays, Lesbians, Queers and Transgenders; here in the Dutch Caribbean island of Curacao, no one here; or very few people; even bother or molest with them, and let us remember that (B.) the laws here with respect to heredity and last will and testament, are enforceable, (C.) besides; the Gays, Lesbians, Queers and Transgenders; are less than 0.5% to less than 1% of the more than 100 plus thousand curacao born population! However; in comparison; the Caucasians/Whites are about 30%, Hispanics are slowly approaching 10% to 12% and the blacks, Afro-Caribbean Non-Hispanics are down by about 15 points to 18 points; from about 70% to 78% of the population to now approximately 60% to 65%. So anyone still think the Afro-Curacao Population doesn't need their human rights, Racial Rights, Political Rights protected and defended to a greater value, a greater degree and to a greater intensity, and Giselle McWilliams pussyfooting around in their political garden".

Another person; identified as a former MAN supporter expressed; "What about racial discrimination right here in Curacao, and the rights and respect of the Afro-curacao people wanting a fair shake; and not being abused by the hidden agenda of the apparently; white supremacist in Curacao, because from comparative experience; it seems that it does exist!"

The former MAN supporter continued; "These people; (referencing the MP's); don't seem like they speak for the majority of the Curacao population, but instead; like they speak for and represent the small minority; the Plutocrats, Oligarchs of Netherlands and The Aristocrats of Curacao, therefore; the question is, then what part does corruption play in this mix? That's a question that must be asked! As for; Giselle McWilliams and  Stephen Walroud; they will forever more become political liabilities; for whatever and whomever party they drop out and then join up with again! They are examples of what we call "Drop-out and "Catch-up Politicians" aka; "Ketchup Politicians"".
