FORMER MINISTER OF EDUCATION FAILED TO APPEAR IN COURT FOR ALLEGEDLY LYING ON PAPERS; IN ORDER TO OBTAIN THE POSITION AS MINISTER; IN THE EUGENE RHUGGENAATH'S 2017-2021 GOVERNMENT CABINET OF PAR-MAN-PIN COALITION.

     

FORMER MINISTER OF EDUCATION MARILYN MARIA ALCALA-WALLE'S COURT CASE

Willemstad, Curacao. On April 21st 2022, Curacao's former Minister of Education, Sports, Science and Culture in the Rhuggenaath's Administration (2017-2021); Marilyn Maria Alcala-Walle (61) was required to appear in Court because of accusations of her allegedly lying, making deceptive and dishonest claims in order to pass the screen process to become minister, but more noteworthy was her not declaring her conflict of interest.

 

GUILTY BUT NOT ACCEPTING IT, MAYBE MARILYN IS INNOCENT?

Former Curacao Education minister; Mrs. Marilyn Maria Alcala-Walle; failed to present herself in court due to acclaimed health issues. 

Reportedly; other witnesses heard included, Curacao's former Prime Minister Eugene Philip Rhuggenaath (52); Curacao's eighth (8th) Prime Minister (2017-2021), who was as at the time the leader of The political party PAR in Curacao's 4th National election in 2017. Mr. Rhuggenaath was the Number #1 seeded  on the 2017 National General Electoral list followed by Zita Jesus Leito and then followed by Mrs. Marilyn Maria Alcala-Walle. Eugene Rhuggenaath was the former Minister of Economic Development for approximately sixteen (16) months under Prime Minister's Ben Whiteman's Cabinet; which was a forced coalition to maintain confidence: 

• Pueblo Soberano (PS) 
• Defunct political party PAIS (lead by then Alex Rosario)
• Political party PNP (National People's Party), 
• Independent former PAR member Glenn Sulvaran and lastly political party; and 
• PAR lead by then Zita Jesus Lieto. 

IMPOSSIBLE FOR RHUGGENAATH TO CLAIM IGNORANCE IN THE MAW SCANDAL

Additionally; Mr. Rhuggenaath was a member of the Curacao Island Council from 2003 to 2009, and in the election with leader Emily de Jongh-Elhage as #1, he followed on the list as #2. 

Therefore; ignorance is not on the side of former Prime Minister Eugene Rhuggenaath in defense against The Marilyn Alcala-Walle Scandal aka "MAW Scandal".

"CURACAO CORNER" - VOICE OF THE PEOPLE OF CURACAO EXPRESS:

Political Insiders of PAR (POI); claimed that the top three (3) seats on PAR's 2017 electoral lists, is the shovel that bury the horse for "Eugee" aka Eugene Philip Rhuggenaath. 

The POI's alleged that: "Eugee" had to have known about "Mary's" (aka Marilyn Alcala-Walle's foundation, but the allegedly; handlers in Netherlands may cut their loses if "Eugee" does not handle himself well in court, because everyone knows that Eugene Rhuggenaath isn't as tough as Gerrit Schotte, and won't last long in SDKK. Gerrit Schotte broke the law and went to jail, so if Rhuggenaath and the other 2 break the law, then they all should go to jail, without a Get-Out-of-Jail-Free" Card. Furthermore; Curacao Justice has a strange way of raining down on former Prime Ministers; if they can not be controlled or puppeteered.

RHUGGENAATH RECORD OF STRONG GUY OR STRONG GAY?

A widely known politician alleged; "Rhuggenaath can not describe himself as a strong guy; but as a strong gay". 

"However; logically; being a "strong guy" or a "strong gay" in prison; means that other prisoners in SDKK may think twice about ever trying to test Rhuggenaath's strength, because Rhuggenaath's arrogance is bigger than Will Smith's pimp slap on Chris Rock", replied one Salina resident; with respect to the former prime minister's involvement, the integrity law and going to jail.  

THE THREE (3) BLIND MICE THEORY

Mr. Rhuggenaath at the time, was appointed  formateur; who gave the greenlight for Marylyn's appointment to become minister in his cabinet, but it was Governor Lucille George-Wout who appointed Eugene Rhuggenaath as formateur. All three individuals: Eugene Rhuggenaath, Marilyn Alcala-Walle and Governor Lucille George-Wout have an umbilical connection with the political party PAR, directly or apparently indirectly.

GOOD GOVERNANCE MUST INCLUDE RULE OF LAW: WHAT APPLIES TO ONE MUST APPLY FOR ALL!

The lesson to be learnt in many Curasaleno's minds is, does the Integrity Law stop at the level of the Formateur, Prime Minister or the Governor? 

MARILYN ALCALA-WALLE FOUND GUILTY IN CURACAO'S COURT OF FIRST INSTANCE, NOW HER APPEAL, NETHERLAND'S JUSTICE ON TRIAL?

Marilyn Alcala-Walle was found guilty in The Court of First Instance of not giving correct information during the screening process to become minister; in her political colleague's government cabinet, who is also from the same political party and apparently they both are friends.
