Willemstad, Curacao. A local fisherman: Mr. Sorino "Tikonchi" Bart, recorded a video where it seemed that a truck was dumping a substance (dirty water, cesspit substance) in the ocean by the Northside (Noordkant, Shut property near Curacao Hato Airport) of the island.

The video went viral, hearing the fisherman, he expressed; “It is incredible, there is no work (unemployment), after the Coronavirus, there is a fine (boete), there is an arsenal of other things to pay, it cannot be like that. Look at the beautiful ocean, you (the truck drivers) are doing this with it! Minister Cooper (MFK political party), of transportation and urban planning, whatever the ministry, look what you're doing to the ocean! Charles Cooper, a long time you sat (as a minister) and said that there, where I am showing, a system will come, where, when the trucks come to dump things there, in front of that, the door will close. You sat down and left (he left the position as ministry of transportation). Then came Zita Jesús Leito (former Minister of Transportation), she talked and talked, until her glasses fell off, and she put them back on her face but nothing happened. Anyway, Ben Whiteman also became transport minister, so everyone is busy with nothing? What is there for you to stay in that position (as Minister)? THE FISHERMAN'S INTERVIEW

During an interview, Bart expressed; “I want this situation to end! The system of how each one comes to dump these waters here, impairing me as a fisherman, to earn my daily bread!”

Bart explained where and who dumps the substance; “We are standing in Shut. Dijk Transport, GoodSpeed transport and most small companies too, dump stuff here.”

Bart expressed his concern; “We can't take this any longer! It is the minister concerned who must reach out on this issue, which is Minister Charles Cooper!”

Bart went further; “The consequence is that all the fish go and I lose my day.”

Bart explained what are the substances that are dump, saying; “Fecal water mixed with oil, mixed with dialysis water! I'm tired!”

BART AND COMMUNICATIONS WITH CHARLES COOPER

Bart communicated with Minister Charles Cooper, among other things, Bart said; “Mr. Cooper knows my surprises, he knows that when I come with them, he knows them beforehand!”

On Facebook, among other things, Bart wrote; “Well Charles Cooper, come and make an agreement (afspraak) now to remedy this situation, I want my ocean to be clean again and for people (a security guard) to stand at the gate to prevent trucks from dumping these things poisonous in the ocean, let's see one more time if Charles works, thanks”

The Minister responds in part on Facebook; “Give me the money to pay people to stand by the door.”

In return, in part, Bart responded; “Charles Cooper people on this Facebook live with the video, and for your weak response (laf), which no one expected, which means you don't serve the community and stop calling people out because all of our grain has you sitting where you at and expect that as a person, a common sense response, because if I tell you to like the way you look at it, if I tell you to tell the rest of your colleagues to stop stealing, then the money will suffice,”
