More than a year after the election 2021, and many campaign promises, the people of Curacao are asking the Prime Minister: Mr. Gilmar "Pik" Pisas (political party MFK), what is his position, on the controversial concept law COHO. PISAS STANDS During an interview, when asked about his acceptance for the concept and the dilemma when they campaigned in 2021, where some of his political party members expressed they will not accept the concept law COHO, the Prime Minister explained: “Good, what I can tell you is that during camping, in no moment did I say that COHO needs to get off the table. Look, expressions were made by some of our political party members. They can do this. In this case, it created it's concerns because he needed to come from the point of view where we can deal with this COHO. Which means, we have the laws, those laws, let's say it how it is! We know for sure that, at the moment, where we are in a crisis, we just got out of pandemic. At the moment, where, right now, another crisis is coming. It is touching, that's what it does, it touches financial circuit, it has its normal repercussions. Where as an example, we find investors who take out there funds that they have in Curacao which will destabilize the country! Number two, if the law pass by the governor, we know for sure that this will be destroyed! Because, we need to speak how things are, we don't need to do comedy with each other!
