Willemstad, Curacao. On Monday Groups throughout Curacao banded together to send a letter to The United Nations (UN) to compel Netherlands to comply with the UN's article of Decolonization.

PETITION GIVEN TO THE UNITED NATIONS FOR NETHERLANDS TO COMPLY WITH CURACAO...
OMonday, some registered Organizations, Associations and Foundations in Curacao, sat the stage to send a petition to the United Nations (UN) against Netherlands. They were insisting that the Netherlands needs to comply with the statutes regarding Caribbean islands that are within the Dutch Kingdom.

On Saturday, Oct. 3rd, a signature gathering process had been started for a petition to be deliver to the UN. This was an initiative from the syndicate’s central and different social groups that formulated the letter. Within a few weeks there will be a meeting at the UN, and they (Curacao group) are expecting to hear something in relation with the petition that was delivered on Monday; Oct. 5th, according to Mr. Marlon Regales; assumed to be a pro-governmental political operative; and spokesman of the group.

CHAPTER XI: DECLARATION REGARDING NON-SELF-GOVERNING TERRITORIES
Article 73
Members of the United Nations which have or assume responsibilities for the administration of territories whose peoples have not yet attained a full measure of self-government recognize the principle that the interests of the inhabitants of these territories are paramount, and accept as a sacred trust the obligation to promote to the utmost, within the system of international peace and security established by the present Charter, the well-being of the inhabitants of these territories, and, to this end:
  • a. to ensure, with due respect for the culture of the peoples concerned, their political, economic, social, and educational advancement, their just treatment, and their protection against abuses;
  • b. to develop self-government, to take due account of the political aspirations of the peoples, and to assist them in the progressive development of their free political institutions, according to the particular circumstances of each territory and its peoples and their varying stages of advancement;
  • c. to further international peace and security;
  • d. to promote constructive measures of development, to encourage research, and to co-operate with one another and, when and where appropriate, with specialized international bodies with a view to the practical achievement of the social, economic, and scientific purposes set forth in this Article; and
  • e. to transmit regularly to the Secretary-General for information purposes, subject to such limitation as security and constitutional considerations may require, statistical and other information of a technical nature relating to economic, social, and educational conditions in the territories for which they are respectively responsible other than those territories to which Chapters XII and XIII apply.

The petition by the Curacao group focuses on Article 73 of the UN, wherein it stipulates that Netherlands is responsible for all the islands within the kingdom in the process of decolonization. Apparently, formulated within the petition, it reminds the Netherlands that they never complied with that article. Every year Netherlands must report to the UN on the progress and development of the islands. Apparently, the petition argues that The Netherlands is not complying with the agreement that they signed at that time.

CURACAO GROUPS AFRAID OF LOSING ITS AUTONOMY NOT BECAUSE OF NATIONAL MISMANAGEMENT BUT BECAUSE NETHERLANDS IS TRYING TO RECOLONIZE THEM...
It was understood that according to the group, Netherlands wants to take away Curacao’s autonomy and that Netherlands is responsible for the economical and intellectual state of Curacao.

Marlon Regales said, since 1954 when they started, they did not put the island on the colonial list, but that Netherlands does have its responsibility which they are not complying with.

Netherlands must sustain the governments of the islands until they stand up on their feet; Regales alluded to.

The action for signature took place at SEDA, to commemorate 225 years of the killing of Curacao’s national heroes and its KOMPANERONAN in the fight for freedom.

SEDA, which is located in Santa Maria district, its president; Mrs. Meyrtha Leets-Cijntje gave her testimony of Dr. Da Costa Gomez and the role of women in the fight.

For the central syndicate, Frensley Sillie explained the initiative to send a petition to the UN.

The member and parliamentarian for Political party MAN, Mrs. Giselle McWilliam talked the value of autonomy.
The member and former disgraced Government Minister for Political party PIN, Mrs. Suzy Camelia-Romer, talked about CHE, and Mr. Caryl Monte talked about the rights of the people that is anchored in the Articles of the UN.
According to Marlon Regales there are other islands in search for these acclaimed sacred rights entitled to them.

THE ENCL VOICE COMENTARY

THE PLAY - PERSPECTIVE
Base on the information that the Curacao people are getting, it seems that some influential groups want to tell the public that Curacao is still a “colony”!

But, what is a Colony?
A colony is a territory under the immediate complete political control and occupied by settlers of a state, distinct from the home territory of the sovereign.

With a decade of being a country within the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Curacao has gone thru a huge roller coaster tumble of financial, political, economical and social mismanagement and crisis.

The Curacao has a leadership problem, and such influential group are trying to manipulate the people and blame Netherlands for all the problems to make sure that in the upcoming election, they are seen as “The Jesus Christ”, and Netherlands like Judas

THE RETROSPECTIVE IN SUMMARY
In a Dutch Governmental Press statement of September 17th, 2020, it stated, "His Majesty the King, Her Majesty the Queen and Prime Minister Mark Rutte are participating digitally in the 75th United Nations General Assembly." Within this press release 3 important points are clear; verbatim:
  1. The Kingdom delegation also includes Prime Minister Evelyn Wever-Croes (from Political Party MEP) of Aruba, Prime Minister Eugene Rhuggenaath (from Political Party PAR) of Curaçao and Prime Minister Silveria Jacobs (from National Alliance Political Party) of St Maarten. Dutch Minister of Foreign Affairs; Stef Blok, Dutch Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation; Sigrid Kaag and a Dutch UN Youth Representative are part of the delegation as well.
  2. In her capacity as the UN Special Advocate for Inclusive Finance for Development, Queen Máxima will deliver a keynote address at the online event, ‘G7 Partnership for Women’s Digital Financial Inclusion in Africa’, hosted by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation
  3. The Caribbean countries of the Kingdom will participate in various side events to be held over the next few weeks, covering themes such as:
The Sustainable Development Goals,
Small island developing states (SIDS); and
Climate adaptation.

On Oct 6th, 2020. Prime Minister of Curacao; Eugene Philip Rhuggenaath; leader of the political party PAR; The Real Alternative Party in English translation, sent a letter to the president of parliament; Maria Pauletta; of the political party PAR, informing his apparent single decision to accept the Dutch impose "Caribbean Reform Entity" Agreement known as CHE.

Many political experts and supporters of democracy; believed that this should be a decision to be made by the incoming parliament after the 2021 Curacao General National Election.

In 1995 The Island Council Election (ICE-95) had the political party, PAR; which at that time had the original name known as “The Restructured Antillean Party”, was lead by Emily de Jongh-Elhage; whom left Curacao’s politics in a cloud of disgrace and apparent corruption and stealing of the country’s money, and the apparent elusive act of attempting to keep the country from becoming independent. Emily’s deputy or number 2, at that time was then the young Eugene Rhuggenaath. Now 15 years later in 2015, Leader of The political party PAR; Zita Jesus Leito; petition for Eugene Rhuggenaath to come back and take control of the Economy as a PAR appointed minister in the 2nd cabinet of Pueblo Soberano ruled government under Denzil Ben Whiteman.

Many acclaimed “political pimping”, “political prostitution”, irregularities in Campaigning, Voting and Election law adherence occurred over the country’s apparent economic state under the then minister of Economic affairs in order to influence the political electorate to vote in favor of the political party PAR in the 2016 Curacao National General Election (GNE-2016).

After the inability of Political Party MAN and Hensley Koeiman to form the government, even though; after winning the most seats in the 2016 Curacao election coupled with irregularities and belligerent law breaking of the Curasaleno Constitution, in particular: Article 45, section 1 subsection f. which articulates that; “A member of Parliament cannot also be: Minister”, as well as Article 45, section 2
This boastful constitutional rape of the highest law of the land in Curacao was committed by amongst those; Eugene Philip Rhuggenaath and other peers; whom were holding both a ministerial position and parliamentarian post at the same time and was presided over by parliamentarian Humphrey Davelaar as President of Parliament during that session; in which soon after Humphrey resigned as leader; after losing the PNP’s only seat in Parliament, which was captured by former longtime PNP member; now 2017 PIN leader Suzy Camelia-Romer. Due to this; the opposition under the leadership Gerrit Schotte were able to gain control of the government sporadically. Following the GNE-2017, again labelled with the same Political atmosphere the political party PAR won a large percentage of the votes but not the representation. 2017 election by some political experts consider that it was illegal and broke several election laws but was pushed thru the election process with various political intimidation and political rights violation and abuse occurring.

Many believe that as long as the Dutch political party VVD is in control in Netherlands, that political parties PAR and MAN will continue to flourish and wreak havoc on the system in a slew of corruption and tyrannical dictatorship. Many believe that the leadership in Curacao is perverted, corrupted and self-absorbed, but that it is because the Dutch political parties meddle in the Curacao elections to ensure that their political hierarchy is in place and the amount of money can continue to be syphoned off from Netherlands by Curacao because of the involvement of Dutch Aristocratic Politicians, whom control the 3 most important fractions of society:
  1. The banking and financing aspect – “The Purse”
  2. The Justice system.
  3. International Relationships nation to nation business negotiation.
Therefore, the state of the country and the corruption that so widely persist and exist is primarily that of the people electing corrupt people because of The Netherlands influence and interruption is a widely perceived notion of why the country is unable to jump the hump and progress, because too many people has their hands in the politicians pockets and someone in Netherlands still has the noose around the same politicians neck.

In understanding abnormal psychology the phenomenon of the abusee becomes the abuser, the politicians eventually abuse and subdue the local news media into a class of mediabortion and the vicious cycle repeats itself with the News media being a tool to propagate the politicians and political parties in Curacao and The Netherlands wishes and wants.
