Willemstad, Curacao. Amparo dos Santos is offering almost 2,000,000 guilders to anyone with information that leads to uncovering the real perpetrators and organizers of the political assassination of Helmin Wiels.
BLOOD MONEY, POLITICAL INTIMIDATION AND At an exchange rate of 1:1.82 (US Dollars to Netherland Antillean Guilders - USD:ANG) Amparo dos Santos is offering almost 2,000,000 guilders to anyone with information that leads to uncovering the real perpetrators and organizers of the political assassination of Helmin Wiels, because his two brothers are being tried for the involvement in the political assassination. Now; with Gerrit Schotte (Leader of MFK), an allegedly strong alley imprisoned, Charles Cooper (Leader of MFK in Parliament) dirty laundry aired out by Minister Marilyn Alcalá-Wallé (political party PAR), Melvin Cjintje (political party PS) encapsulated in drug charges of his own son that lived under the same roof as him.
Amparo dos Santos, a Curacao Member of Parliament (MP) and leader for the second largest opposition political party in Parliament; SVC-08; Korsou di Nos Tur (KdNT), held a press conference on November 21st, to address the May 5th 2013 (5-5-2013) political assassination of Curacao MP and political leader of Pueblo Soberano (PS); Mr. Helmin Magno Wiels.
"THE DOS SANTOS-JAMALOODIN FAMILY?"
The leader of KdNT, Mr. Amparo dos Santos declared; "There are things that has been going on for years, where there was an election; where (political party) PAR won the election and (political party) MFK needed to keep (political party) PAR out of the Government."
According to Mr. Amparo; "At that time, they (political party PAR) where very angry that they where kept out of the government, and thought that Robbie dos Santos (brother of Amparo dos Santos); financed the (political party MFK) political campaign."
Amparo continued; "This made them (political party PAR) to become angry and they (the political party PAR) looked for a way to imprison Robbie, they (the political party PAR) did achieve their goal to imprison Gerrit Schotte (leader of political party MFK) and George Jamaloodin (half brother of Amparo and Robbie dos Santos, former Curacao Minister of Finance and a member of MFK)."
Amparo stated; "Afterwards, the death of Helmin Wiels, where the family (dos Santos-Jamaloodin family) is being harassed with this." Amparo further insisted; "The dos Santos and Jamaloodin families, do not accept these type of games!"
Amparo continued; "Prosecutors Rip and Prosecutors Heiko de Jongh; needed to declare that they needed to do Robbie; pain! Which means in pain?"
Amparo declared; "Our family does not know about causing pain to people, and I understand that "they" (Prosecutor Rip, Prosecutor Heiko de Jongh and The Political party PAR) live out of doing evil towards other people."
Amparo clarified; "In the view of the Public Prosecution's Office (OM), they (The dos Santos and Jamaloodin families) are being called "Mafia"".
Amparo stipulated; "If my family are Mafia, then we are the type of Mafia that help people and not a Mafia that does evil, but a Mafia that does good and help those that are poor! Not the Mafia like "them" (Prosecutor Rip, Prosecutor Heiko de Jongh and The Political party PAR), that engage in the killing, assassination and death of its own citizen and people of this country; Curacao."
A search for the definition of "MAFIA on the worlds largest search engine; "Google.com", the following appears: "an organized international body of criminals, operating originally in Sicily and now especially in Italy and the US and having a complex and ruthless behavioral code.
1. Any organized group using extortion and other criminal methods.
2. A closed group of people in a particular field, having a controlling influence."
During Amparo's press conference there was a moment where; The dos Santos family; said: "This (the harassment) must end", and that "they want to know who are the ones who where engaged together with the Dutch (Netherlanders) in causing the death of Helmin Wiels".
Amparo explained, "There must be a proper investigative analysis of the facts; as a Curasoleno, that the Dutch Mafia (Netherlanders Mafia) works completely different, and at the moment of the death and burial of Helmin Wiels, they sent a man; Mr. Plasterk; to Curacao, where he himself became to be consider as a friend, confidant and respected admirer of Helmin Wiels."
Amparo continued; "That the Dutch Mafia (Netherlanders Mafia), when they get to your coffin, they come to see if truly in reality, and for sure and without any mistakes and doubts, that "you" are dead!"

After the political assassination of Helmin Magno Wiels, local news media published Minister Plasterk’s reaction, where he stated the following:
1. "I am deeply shocked by the murder of Helmin Wiels. Curacao loses Helmin Wiels a passionate politician, and someone of exceptional caliber."
2. "Also, I personally know him as a man who fought for his ideals, stood in front of his ideals, fought against corruption and crime, he believed that the politics should enhance the life of the ordinary people on Curacao and had a big heart for his country Curacao."
3. "My thoughts are with his sympathizers and party, but especially for his neighbors, family and friends. Helmin Wiels was father of two children, of whom he spoke of with great pride. We live with them and other family members."
WHO IS GERT RIP?
According to The Netherlands Public Prosecution's Office, Mr. Gert Rip; has been working as a public prosecutor in Curaçao since April 1st 2013, before that; he worked at the Landelijk Parket (LP) in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Because, Mr. Rip already had experience in conducting large-scale investigations, according to the OM, Mr. Rip also knew the way of working in the Caribbean; from his previous period in Curaçao. This made the Public Prosecutor Office to decide to leave the matter of Helmin Wiels assassination to him.
According to The Netherlands Public Prosecution's Office, Mr. Rip stated; "It soon turns out that the business is big. That is why it is broken into three parts. We first wanted to get the shooter convicted. After that, we would tackle the murderer, so that we could end up with the ones who paid for the assassination".
Mr. Rip also stated; "We already had dos Santos and Jamaloodin detained in 2014. That was a conscious decision then. We may not have had enough evidence yet, but we where hoping to achieve a quick breakthrough. It did not work. After a week, Jamaloodin and dos Santos where released again and Fonseca's provisional detention was suspended".
WHO IS HEIKO DE JONGH?
The Kingdom Council of Ministers (The Netherlands), on the proposal of Minister of Security and Justice Ivo Opstelten, agreed to nominate Heiko de Jong for appointment as Chief Public Prosecutor of Curacao. The appointment took effect on January 2, 2013. Mr. De Jong (56) was acting chief since August 31st 2012. In recent years, he has played a leading role within the Public Prosecutor's Office as a team leader.
WHAT IS THE RELATION OF EMILY DE JONGH-ELHAGE AND HEIKO DE JONGH?
In JJosephaNews media research, revealed that Emily de Jongh-Elhage took Helmin Wiels to Court because she alleged that, Helmin Wiels was defaming her character, saying that; "She is a person that did/would send someone to kill someone..." In the case, Emily's lawyer came out and declared that Wiels had to pay the cost but was not able to clarify that wiels was lying about the statement he had made.
In a synopsis of the judicial system in Curacao; the author; Mr. John Baselmans claimed that; after a lot of lies, a person would then need to go before a Judge,so that the Judge can disnude and humiliate you in order to change you and that the Judge can not do anything else than to go along with this whole charade, purely because the Judge himself is total compromised and tied up to what the "Upper hand" dictates and mandates.
MR. PETERSON EXPRESSES NO TRUST, NO CONFIDENCE IN THE PUBLIC PROSECUTION OFFICE (OM), JUDGES OR JUDICIAL SYSTEM IN CURACAO...
During Amparo dos Santos press conference; George Jamaloodin's and Robbie dos Santos's lawyer; Mr. Peterson, explained that The Jamaloodin and The Dos Santos families do not have any confidence in Curacao's judicial system, nor Curacao's court of law. Mr. Peterson also expressed; that they don't have confidence or trust in the Public Prosecution Office (OM) nor the judges!
Mr. Peterson explained; that he does not believe that the truth of who killed Wiels, as how he sees the case investigation going won't come out. Mr. Peterson stated; "the intention is for the family (Jamaloodin and Dos Santos family) get to know who committed the crime."
ONE MILLION U.S. DOLLARS FOR FREE?
Mr. Peterson further stated; "To stimulate the person or people that do know what exactly happened with Helmin Wiels, they (Jamaloodin and Dos Santos family) are putting $1 Million US Dollars on the table, to get the right information with substance."
Mr. Peterson added; "Everyone in the community are invited to tell their story, regarding the Wiels assassination, but there will be a team that will analyze every data that comes in to see if it is an information that deserves more investigation, and whatever conclusion the private investigation gets, it will be brought forward to see if there is still any kind of credibility in the Public Prosecution Office regarding this case."
SIEVING OUT THE MOLE IN THE CURACAO PUBLIC PROSECUTION OFFICE, IF THERE IS ONE...
Mr. Peterson further stated; "If this can help the Public Prosecution Office to clean its own name. As information gets in and its validity can be proven, it will be forwarded to take the mask off of those that are behind Wiels's assassination."
Peterson explained that; The person who brings the correct information about who really was behind who really killed Wiels, will eventually go to court together with them and will receive the reward of $1 Million US Dollars (equivalent to almost 2,000,000 Guilders). There is a team of people that are experts on penal investigation behind this to conduct investigations.
WHO CONTROLS CURACAO?
The popular parliamentary budgetary and governance cliche; "He who controls the budget, controls the country..."
1A. In Curacao the budget is ultimately controlled by The Netherlands, 1B. International negotiations and contracts are basically structured, organized and signed by The Netherlands approval.
1C. The Judicial branch of The Curacao Government is directly controlled by The Netherlands.
1D. The Legislative branch of The Curacao Government is indirectly influenced by The powerful of The Netherlands, and by defacto; inherently the Executive branch of The Curacao Government; as it presently stands in err constitutionally in terms of checks and balance. Hence in that case it is democratically flawed towards independence and hence always under the control of someone else. Who is that someone?

"In a video published on Apr 6, 2017, Mr. Melvin Cijntje (political party PS), declare his concerns regarding Curacao Public Prosecution Office integrity. This declaration happened during an investigation called; ""Wilhelmina"" where a bribery and money laundering was alleged.
The ones under investigation where:
1) Gerrit Schotte,
2) Charles Cooper and his wife and
3) Gilbert Ricardo.
Parliamentarian (MP) and member of political party MAN; Mr. Yael Plet, denounced to the Public Prosecution Office, where he accused Mr. Gerrit Schotte and Charles Cooper of bribery to purchase his parliamentarian seat in Curacao's parliament (SVC).

The following is the declaration from Mr. Melvin Cijntje:" Cijntje: If you see the latest movements in these times, as I said before, I expected for them to enter all of our houses (group of twelve that formed the government in 2017). Because, since the group of twelve where formed, you can see a lot of strange movements surrounding you.
Reporter: Mr. Cijntje, do you feel strange movements surrounding you as well?
Cijntje: Yes! Yes! Off course! They (The OM) where eas dropping to all off us, via our mobile phones, controlling your house, controlling where you going, and so, I expected that they would do it (criminal search at their homes) at the same time. But I believe that the strategy now, is to come here. You (The OM/Judicial system) defame Cooper and Schotte, you (The OM/Judicial system) declare them as suspects and I do expect that the next step is to come to one off our homes to implant things (illegal items). They (The OM/Judicial system) will go that far. Remember good, the Public Prosecution Office and the prosecutors, in the past they did that. There was a Prosecutor of the Public Prosecution Office that did implant drugs in the care off one of its rivals in St. Maarten. So, you must not be surprised that on one off these days they will come. Maybe they will come to my house and come and implant anything, I do expect that!
During the criminal investigation, it was established that there was sufficient reason for suspicion and for the house searches carried out on April 5th 2017. When the investigation was completed, there appeared to have been insufficient evidence of attempted bribery. For that reason, on April 26th 2018; the Attorney General dismissed the case.
However, many political experts claimed that in the public eyes the dreadful harm had already been done psychologically to disenfranchise voters for returning MFK to power or the members of the group of 12 to power!
In March 2019, Curacao Politician and member of Parliament for the opposition; Mr. Jaime Córdoba (member of political party PS) declared that some Curacao Policemen do not have proper education nor knowledge to be in the position that they are in.

In 2015, a conversation with DirecTV media Reporter; Cali Manuel; Mr. Alex Rosaria (leader of the now defunct political party; PAIS), said that Curacao's Intelligence Service; VDC; has some flaws and that there is a concern in the Curacao community regarding the intelligence service credibility and trustworthiness.

"People who are well informed about the Curacao Intelligence Services; (VDC), told me, that the service does not function how it should be functioning. Which means that I am worried for sure regarding the functioning of the VDC. Because, it is not working how it should and that is why it is also normal because with the timing and actions that where taken from the year 2010 to break this institution, it had effects and a lot off things needed to happen, I think that a lot of actions needs to be brought forward so that VDC functions again like it did before and how it should be functioning now. So that, we in Curacao can trust them again."
Reporter asked; "Mr. Rosaria, what declaration, this person here, it is a shame for the world in general that also needs to work with our VDC, because if we here in Curacao, do not trust the VDC, what about and how can The United States of America and others can trust us?"
Rosaria answered; "Well, about your observation, I must agree with you! Because, again, we must do all efforts so we can put our Intelligence Service to work the way it should be working. And, as far as I have information, it was agreed upon that this Intelligence Service is not working optimally. There we have a lot of work to do and I do think that one of the conclusions that we must come up with, is that all off us will promise that never ever again, we here in Curacao will do the type of damage that we did to this Intelligence Service. And, it must be a lesson for all of us, so we do not do any damage to any foundation of our democracy! Because, without any of these fundamentals, you will have a democracy that won't work well. You can not have a ""State of Rights"", like all of us want to have.
And again, why we are stressing on the part of integrity and functionality of democracy, because, we all know that there is no democracy when you don't have a ""State of Rights"" and, that brings poverty. That limits equal access to opportunity to our people. Because, corruption is defined as; ""when a group of people are the only ones who receives certain privileges"". Corruption means by definition, that money that needs to go for the people's well-being; disappears into the pocket of a specific group of people. That is why it is important for us to work on and maintain our democracy and our "States of Rights""".

- Video Transcript: "Curacao's Court of Audit; [Algemene Rekenkamer Curacao (ARK)]; has the task of controlling the annual accounts of the Country of Curacao, and gives its opinion about it to the Curacao's Legislative Branch, Curacao's Parliament, (SVC), and to the People of Curacao.
We have controlled the annual accounts for 2016 and 2017. (Video was published on March 1st 2019).
What we did control for both of these annual account is to see if: 1) The expenditure and the income are in accordance to the prescribed law. 2) If the annual accounts give a trustworthy reflex of the financial position of the financial result of the country.
The results about the control for both years are the following: I. The expenditure and the income is not according to law. II. There is some expenditure and income that do not conform with the nationally approved budget. III. This is about an Error and Financial Legality!
2016 DISCREPANCIES IN ANNUAL GOVERNMENTAL ACCOUNTS DISCOVERED: For 2016, this was; 491 million Guilders [equivalent to USD $280.6 Million Dollars @Exchange rate of 1.75] and for 2017, this is 1.1 billion Guilders [equivalent to USD $629 Million Dollars @Exchange rate of 1.75].
2017 DISCREPANCIES IN ANNUAL GOVERNMENTAL ACCOUNTS DISCOVERED: In 2017 these error increased by 582 million Guilders [equivalent to USD $332.6 Million Dollars @Exchange rate of 1.75 ] in comparison with 2016.
ADDITIONAL OBSERVATION ON DISCREPANCIES ABOUT GOVERNMENTAL ANNUAL ACCOUNTS Also, we notice that the annual accounts, do not give a trustworthy reflex of the financial position and the financial results for the country of Curacao.
SUMMARY OF GOVERNMENTAL ANNUAL ACCOUNT DISCREPANCIES NOTED FOR 2016 AND 2017: They have too low a degree of confidence or too many reliability errors:
The annual account for 2016, has a sum total of 182 million Guilders [equivalent to USD $104 Million Dollars @Exchange rate of 1.75] of reliability error or very low degrees of confidence; and,the annual account for 2017, has a sum total of 38 million Guilders [equivalent to USD $21.7 Million Dollars @Exchange rate of 1.75 ] of reliability error or a very low degree of confidence.
FINANCIAL MISMANAGEMENT AND IRRESPONSIBILITY OF THE CURACAO GOVERNMENT DEMONSTRATED IN ANNUAL ACCOUNTS OF 2016 AND 2017 DISCOVERED BY COURT AUDITORS.
In 2017, these errors decreased by 144 million Guilders [equivalent to USD $82.3 Million Dollars @Exchange rate of 1.75], but still they are too much.
We also noted, that the accounts have many other errors; and there are too many numbers that we have doubt about! These are because the financial management, had a lot of deficiency.
Our opinion: We DO NOT APPROVE of any of these two (2) annual accounts, because:
-They have too low a degree of confidence or too many reliability errors.
-There are too many numbers that We DO NOT have confidence or trust in!

One of the most common activity performed by the mafia is also one of the simplest, which is plain extortion. What is extortion?
Extortion is way to force people to give up their money by threatening/intimidating them in some form or manner.
The Mafia ""protection rackets"" are extortion schemes. They may tell a business owner that she/he needs to pay/give them $1000 a week, so that they can so called ""protect"" her/him or their family from criminals who might demolish the shop or hurt her/his family.
Mafia protection rackets implication is being that the Mafia members themselves are these criminals who they say to the business owner they will protect them from.
The Mafia makes money by participating in practically any activity that is illegal. For many years, mobsters have dealt in alcohol during The Prohibition Era, illegal drugs, prostitution and illegal gambling.
As we know, Illegal goods are expensive, untaxed and unregulated which it seems to be attractive to the mafia.
According to the Netherlands Public Prosecution Office; "Drugs, arms trade, corruption and gang wars predominate. Gert Rip: “Gang members are regularly liquidated in the battle between various criminal gangs such as the NLS (No Limit Soldiers), BVC (Buena Vista City) and Army."
Throughout the caribbean, few countries legalized prostitution, Curacao does, possibly following the lead from The Netherlands. Globally Netherlands is rated below tier 1 according to US information services in Human trafficking and so too does Curacao. In The Netherlands Homosexual Marriages is legalize and Marijuana is decriminalized, and in Curacao, this agenda is being pushed and cast into stone. Curacao is among one of the leading world countries in online gambling and this creates a nesting for money laundering. Who is in control of Curacao?

According to The Netherlands Public Prosecution's Office, Mr. Gert Rip; has been working as a public prosecutor in Curaçao since April 1st 2013, before that; he worked at the Landelijk Parket (LP) in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Because, Mr. Rip already had experience in conducting large-scale investigations, according to the OM, Mr. Rip also knew the way of working in the Caribbean; from his previous period in Curaçao. This made the Public Prosecutor Office to decide to leave the matter of Helmin Wiels assassination to him.
According to The Netherlands Public Prosecution's Office, Mr. Rip stated; "It soon turns out that the business is big. That is why it is broken into three parts. We first wanted to get the shooter convicted. After that, we would tackle the murderer, so that we could end up with the ones who paid for the assassination".
Mr. Rip also stated; "We already had dos Santos and Jamaloodin detained in 2014. That was a conscious decision then. We may not have had enough evidence yet, but we where hoping to achieve a quick breakthrough. It did not work. After a week, Jamaloodin and dos Santos where released again and Fonseca's provisional detention was suspended".
WHO IS HEIKO DE JONGH?
The Kingdom Council of Ministers (The Netherlands), on the proposal of Minister of Security and Justice Ivo Opstelten, agreed to nominate Heiko de Jong for appointment as Chief Public Prosecutor of Curacao. The appointment took effect on January 2, 2013. Mr. De Jong (56) was acting chief since August 31st 2012. In recent years, he has played a leading role within the Public Prosecutor's Office as a team leader.
WHAT IS THE RELATION OF EMILY DE JONGH-ELHAGE AND HEIKO DE JONGH?
In JJosephaNews media research, revealed that Emily de Jongh-Elhage took Helmin Wiels to Court because she alleged that, Helmin Wiels was defaming her character, saying that; "She is a person that did/would send someone to kill someone..." In the case, Emily's lawyer came out and declared that Wiels had to pay the cost but was not able to clarify that wiels was lying about the statement he had made.
In a synopsis of the judicial system in Curacao; the author; Mr. John Baselmans claimed that; after a lot of lies, a person would then need to go before a Judge,so that the Judge can disnude and humiliate you in order to change you and that the Judge can not do anything else than to go along with this whole charade, purely because the Judge himself is total compromised and tied up to what the "Upper hand" dictates and mandates.
MR. PETERSON EXPRESSES NO TRUST, NO CONFIDENCE IN THE PUBLIC PROSECUTION OFFICE (OM), JUDGES OR JUDICIAL SYSTEM IN CURACAO...
During Amparo dos Santos press conference; George Jamaloodin's and Robbie dos Santos's lawyer; Mr. Peterson, explained that The Jamaloodin and The Dos Santos families do not have any confidence in Curacao's judicial system, nor Curacao's court of law. Mr. Peterson also expressed; that they don't have confidence or trust in the Public Prosecution Office (OM) nor the judges!
Mr. Peterson explained; that he does not believe that the truth of who killed Wiels, as how he sees the case investigation going won't come out. Mr. Peterson stated; "the intention is for the family (Jamaloodin and Dos Santos family) get to know who committed the crime."
ONE MILLION U.S. DOLLARS FOR FREE?
Mr. Peterson further stated; "To stimulate the person or people that do know what exactly happened with Helmin Wiels, they (Jamaloodin and Dos Santos family) are putting $1 Million US Dollars on the table, to get the right information with substance."
Mr. Peterson added; "Everyone in the community are invited to tell their story, regarding the Wiels assassination, but there will be a team that will analyze every data that comes in to see if it is an information that deserves more investigation, and whatever conclusion the private investigation gets, it will be brought forward to see if there is still any kind of credibility in the Public Prosecution Office regarding this case."
SIEVING OUT THE MOLE IN THE CURACAO PUBLIC PROSECUTION OFFICE, IF THERE IS ONE...
Mr. Peterson further stated; "If this can help the Public Prosecution Office to clean its own name. As information gets in and its validity can be proven, it will be forwarded to take the mask off of those that are behind Wiels's assassination."
Peterson explained that; The person who brings the correct information about who really was behind who really killed Wiels, will eventually go to court together with them and will receive the reward of $1 Million US Dollars (equivalent to almost 2,000,000 Guilders). There is a team of people that are experts on penal investigation behind this to conduct investigations.
WHO CONTROLS CURACAO?
The popular parliamentary budgetary and governance cliche; "He who controls the budget, controls the country..."
1A. In Curacao the budget is ultimately controlled by The Netherlands, 1B. International negotiations and contracts are basically structured, organized and signed by The Netherlands approval.
1C. The Judicial branch of The Curacao Government is directly controlled by The Netherlands.
1D. The Legislative branch of The Curacao Government is indirectly influenced by The powerful of The Netherlands, and by defacto; inherently the Executive branch of The Curacao Government; as it presently stands in err constitutionally in terms of checks and balance. Hence in that case it is democratically flawed towards independence and hence always under the control of someone else. Who is that someone?
In 2011, Mr. John Baselmans wrote a book called; "Curacao Maffia Eiland" which means "Curacao Island of Mafia". In a video recording, he explained different perspectives. "In a video published on Apr 6, 2017, Mr. Melvin Cijntje (political party PS), declare his concerns regarding Curacao Public Prosecution Office integrity. This declaration happened during an investigation called; ""Wilhelmina"" where a bribery and money laundering was alleged.
The ones under investigation where:
1) Gerrit Schotte,
2) Charles Cooper and his wife and
3) Gilbert Ricardo.
Parliamentarian (MP) and member of political party MAN; Mr. Yael Plet, denounced to the Public Prosecution Office, where he accused Mr. Gerrit Schotte and Charles Cooper of bribery to purchase his parliamentarian seat in Curacao's parliament (SVC).

The following is the declaration from Mr. Melvin Cijntje:" Cijntje: If you see the latest movements in these times, as I said before, I expected for them to enter all of our houses (group of twelve that formed the government in 2017). Because, since the group of twelve where formed, you can see a lot of strange movements surrounding you.
Reporter: Mr. Cijntje, do you feel strange movements surrounding you as well?
Cijntje: Yes! Yes! Off course! They (The OM) where eas dropping to all off us, via our mobile phones, controlling your house, controlling where you going, and so, I expected that they would do it (criminal search at their homes) at the same time. But I believe that the strategy now, is to come here. You (The OM/Judicial system) defame Cooper and Schotte, you (The OM/Judicial system) declare them as suspects and I do expect that the next step is to come to one off our homes to implant things (illegal items). They (The OM/Judicial system) will go that far. Remember good, the Public Prosecution Office and the prosecutors, in the past they did that. There was a Prosecutor of the Public Prosecution Office that did implant drugs in the care off one of its rivals in St. Maarten. So, you must not be surprised that on one off these days they will come. Maybe they will come to my house and come and implant anything, I do expect that!
During the criminal investigation, it was established that there was sufficient reason for suspicion and for the house searches carried out on April 5th 2017. When the investigation was completed, there appeared to have been insufficient evidence of attempted bribery. For that reason, on April 26th 2018; the Attorney General dismissed the case.
However, many political experts claimed that in the public eyes the dreadful harm had already been done psychologically to disenfranchise voters for returning MFK to power or the members of the group of 12 to power!
In March 2019, Curacao Politician and member of Parliament for the opposition; Mr. Jaime Córdoba (member of political party PS) declared that some Curacao Policemen do not have proper education nor knowledge to be in the position that they are in.

In 2015, a conversation with DirecTV media Reporter; Cali Manuel; Mr. Alex Rosaria (leader of the now defunct political party; PAIS), said that Curacao's Intelligence Service; VDC; has some flaws and that there is a concern in the Curacao community regarding the intelligence service credibility and trustworthiness.

"People who are well informed about the Curacao Intelligence Services; (VDC), told me, that the service does not function how it should be functioning. Which means that I am worried for sure regarding the functioning of the VDC. Because, it is not working how it should and that is why it is also normal because with the timing and actions that where taken from the year 2010 to break this institution, it had effects and a lot off things needed to happen, I think that a lot of actions needs to be brought forward so that VDC functions again like it did before and how it should be functioning now. So that, we in Curacao can trust them again."
Reporter asked; "Mr. Rosaria, what declaration, this person here, it is a shame for the world in general that also needs to work with our VDC, because if we here in Curacao, do not trust the VDC, what about and how can The United States of America and others can trust us?"
Rosaria answered; "Well, about your observation, I must agree with you! Because, again, we must do all efforts so we can put our Intelligence Service to work the way it should be working. And, as far as I have information, it was agreed upon that this Intelligence Service is not working optimally. There we have a lot of work to do and I do think that one of the conclusions that we must come up with, is that all off us will promise that never ever again, we here in Curacao will do the type of damage that we did to this Intelligence Service. And, it must be a lesson for all of us, so we do not do any damage to any foundation of our democracy! Because, without any of these fundamentals, you will have a democracy that won't work well. You can not have a ""State of Rights"", like all of us want to have.
And again, why we are stressing on the part of integrity and functionality of democracy, because, we all know that there is no democracy when you don't have a ""State of Rights"" and, that brings poverty. That limits equal access to opportunity to our people. Because, corruption is defined as; ""when a group of people are the only ones who receives certain privileges"". Corruption means by definition, that money that needs to go for the people's well-being; disappears into the pocket of a specific group of people. That is why it is important for us to work on and maintain our democracy and our "States of Rights""".

- Video Transcript: "Curacao's Court of Audit; [Algemene Rekenkamer Curacao (ARK)]; has the task of controlling the annual accounts of the Country of Curacao, and gives its opinion about it to the Curacao's Legislative Branch, Curacao's Parliament, (SVC), and to the People of Curacao.
We have controlled the annual accounts for 2016 and 2017. (Video was published on March 1st 2019).
What we did control for both of these annual account is to see if: 1) The expenditure and the income are in accordance to the prescribed law. 2) If the annual accounts give a trustworthy reflex of the financial position of the financial result of the country.
The results about the control for both years are the following: I. The expenditure and the income is not according to law. II. There is some expenditure and income that do not conform with the nationally approved budget. III. This is about an Error and Financial Legality!
2016 DISCREPANCIES IN ANNUAL GOVERNMENTAL ACCOUNTS DISCOVERED: For 2016, this was; 491 million Guilders [equivalent to USD $280.6 Million Dollars @Exchange rate of 1.75] and for 2017, this is 1.1 billion Guilders [equivalent to USD $629 Million Dollars @Exchange rate of 1.75].
2017 DISCREPANCIES IN ANNUAL GOVERNMENTAL ACCOUNTS DISCOVERED: In 2017 these error increased by 582 million Guilders [equivalent to USD $332.6 Million Dollars @Exchange rate of 1.75 ] in comparison with 2016.
ADDITIONAL OBSERVATION ON DISCREPANCIES ABOUT GOVERNMENTAL ANNUAL ACCOUNTS Also, we notice that the annual accounts, do not give a trustworthy reflex of the financial position and the financial results for the country of Curacao.
SUMMARY OF GOVERNMENTAL ANNUAL ACCOUNT DISCREPANCIES NOTED FOR 2016 AND 2017: They have too low a degree of confidence or too many reliability errors:
The annual account for 2016, has a sum total of 182 million Guilders [equivalent to USD $104 Million Dollars @Exchange rate of 1.75] of reliability error or very low degrees of confidence; and,the annual account for 2017, has a sum total of 38 million Guilders [equivalent to USD $21.7 Million Dollars @Exchange rate of 1.75 ] of reliability error or a very low degree of confidence.
FINANCIAL MISMANAGEMENT AND IRRESPONSIBILITY OF THE CURACAO GOVERNMENT DEMONSTRATED IN ANNUAL ACCOUNTS OF 2016 AND 2017 DISCOVERED BY COURT AUDITORS.
In 2017, these errors decreased by 144 million Guilders [equivalent to USD $82.3 Million Dollars @Exchange rate of 1.75], but still they are too much.
We also noted, that the accounts have many other errors; and there are too many numbers that we have doubt about! These are because the financial management, had a lot of deficiency.
Our opinion: We DO NOT APPROVE of any of these two (2) annual accounts, because:
-They have too low a degree of confidence or too many reliability errors.
-There are too many numbers that We DO NOT have confidence or trust in!

Globally Netherlands is rated below tier 1 according to US information services in Human trafficking and so too does Curacao. In The Netherlands Homosexual Marriages is legalize and Marijuana is decriminalized, and in Curacao, this agenda is being pushed and cast into stone. Curacao is among one of the leading world countries in online gambling and this creates a nesting for money laundering. Who is in control of Curacao?
