AMPARO DOS SANTOS SPEAK ABOUT CORRUPTION

After a visit to prison in 2016, the political party leaders and member of parliament Amparo Dos Santos had the following to say about corruption in Curacao:

"We preferred, now we will get there once more, we preferred of making the STRUCTURE OF STEALING FROM THE COUNTRY!
Because, that is what those Politicians are!
Now, Amparo will tell it to you all over again!
They are a group of THIEVES!
What did you all do (those politicians)? You all created that situation, so you all can STEAL FROM THE COUNTRY!
Yes! But; how are They STEALING FROM THE COUNTRY?
In Prison (""the instituation for prisoners""), when I spoke with the Director, I told him, ""the money that you get, how does it go?""

(""As an example"") When you need to pay  Carlos Monk, how do you pay Carlos Monk?
With a Purchase Order aka ""Bestelbond"" (""the directors answer"").

That means, if tomorrow (""as an example""), Mr. Tirso needs to sell a Paint Bucket to the Prison centre, he knows very well that it will take one year for him to get his money.
What he; (Mr. Tirso); does?
If the Paint Bucket cost 99 guilders, here outside (""at market price""), when he get to the Prison center, it will cost 750 guilders.
And, there, those groups of friends benefit themselves from The Game of Purchase Order aka ""Bestelbond""!

So, that means, that The Minister (""PRIME MINISTER"") who creates all other Ministers of trajectory, who created that entire system, is supposedly participating in CORRUPTION; as well!
Because; if you wanted to continue (with deals made), you needed to tell the Prison Director, listen, here is the 40 million guilders and we will do a deal.
If Mr. Tirso has the Paint Bucket at 99 guilders, unlike, when I make a Check for Mr. Tirso, so I can get the Paint Bucket, I will tell Mr. Tirso, No! I want the Paint Bucket, But I will pay 80 guilders.
And it is there, that you will save money and wouldn't even need 40 million guilders!
When you take away 7 million guilders, let us say, in place; for you to have Those CHILDREN (""people/deal makers"") out there, you would need the money, you will get less money, because you yourself will do the deal with the control of people that you need to deal with, that there is control!

So, what is the whole story around this?
In these moments, you have some people sitting in Prison centre, right from the start (""they"") spending all the people's money!
Whereas out there, there are people that need their pension checks (""pensioners"") to go up, the pension can't go up, because of a STRUCTURE OF STEALING FROM THE COUNTRY again!"
