Willemstad, Curacao. The Curacao Public Prosecution Office (OM) demands 30 year imprisonment for Curacao Former minister; George Jamaloodin.
On May 5th 2013, the Curacao Political Figure, Helmin Magno Wiels; was assassinated. Wiels had a socialist perspective for systems of public education and an activist but a social worker by profession. He served as the chairman of the political party; Sovereign People (PS) and lead his party to its largest electoral victory.
Wiels political philosophy could be best defined as a progressive centro-mid-leftist ideology and as a politician, he fought against corruption and for the complete independence of Curacao from the Kingdom of the Netherlands. In a July 2010 NY Times article; Wiels said that if Curacao were to achieve full independence, its official language should be Papiamentu, along with English and Spanish. As for Dutch, Wiels said: "No way! Dutch is a dead language; the same as Greek or Latin."

WHO IS GEORGE JAMALOODIN?
After Curacao obtained the status of country from the Netherlands, upon the dissolution of the Netherlands Antillean (NA) on 10 October 2010, George Jamaloodin become Curacao's first Minister of Finance.
In the Curacao 2010 general election, George Jamaloodin was placed third on the list of the political party, Movementu Futuro Korsou (Movement for the future of Curacao) (MFK), led by Gerrit Schotte, who became Curacao's first prime minister and is now serving jail time for among other thing corruption.
The OM holds George Jamaloodin responsible for giving the order in 2013 to kill the politician Helmin Wiels for which he would have paid 1 million guilders to an intermediary.
George Jamaloodin would have been involved or responsible for Raul "Bolle" Martinez; (30 yrs. old); who was a member of the "No Limit Soldiers"; aka; "NLS Gang"; (an organized crime group and street gang from Curacao), Luigi "Pretu" Florentina; (27 yrs. old) and an NLS gang member, together with Burney "Nini" Fonseca, who would have informed Elvis "Monster" Kuwas that Wiels should be liquidated.
"Bolle" was the get-away-driver in the Wiels assassination, and was shortly thereafter discovered decapitated and without limbs attached near the San Pedro Windmills; along the north side of Curacao.

Luigi "Pretu" Florentina; apparently admitted to killing Bolle, but hung himself in his cell; (in the neighborhood of Barber), using only his sweater's sleeve and he died as a result, but that is what the report of the National Criminal Investigation Department said. Former Minister of Justice; Nelson Navarro (70 yrs.), of the defunct Political Party (PAIS formed by Alex David Rosario), was informed of this, and the final report of the Luigi "Pretu" Florentina suicide Research Committee was led by Suzanne "Suzy" Camelia-Romer; (she was member of the political party PNP, but now is the current leader of the political party; PIN).

According to George Jamaloodin, the charges against him are based on gossip and ghost stories from people who have watched to many films. George Jamaloodin said in court; "I don't understand why I'm here!"
FIRST SESSION
George Jamaloodin requested to speak immediately after the opening, and openingly admitted that he had misappropriated 450,000 Guilders in subsidies, that was intended for refurbishing a soccer field; back in 2012!
The funds disappeared through George Jamaloodin's company "Speed Security". When traced and investigated, it was discovered that; the former minister; George Jamaloodin also spent a total of approximately 200,000 Guilders within a span of a few weeks thereafter. However; George Jamaloodin's responded that; "December is an expensive month".
George Jamaloodin emphasized that he had repaid the embezzled money into the treasury, and that occurred in 2017, by a so called "investment company in Estonia".
George Jamaloodin stated that he was innocent of the charges:
- That he paid to have Helmin Wiels killed, and;
- That he tried to help; his half brother; Robbie dos Santos, evade taxes.
SECOND SESSION
On the second session, the OM had witnesses who testified that, George Jamaloodin had said that Helmin Wiels should be eliminated/cleaned up, because Helmin Wiels wanted to tackle the illegal lotteries of Robbie dos Santos.
Apparently; Jamaloodin's intention was to help Robbie dos Santos to mislead tax authorities.
Apparently; George Jamaloodin was also angry, because after the October 2012 elections, Helmin Wiels did not want to form a coalition government again with his political party and colleague; Gerrit Schotte; leader of the political party; Movementu Futuro di Korsou; aka; MFK.
Apparently; Veiligheidsdienst Curacao (VDC); aka; Curacao's Intelligence Service; tapped telephone conversations and text messages, those allegedly confirm that George Jamaloodin had close contact with the intermediary who directed the murder in the time period before the murder of Helmin Wiels.
In addition George Jamaloodin's staff said that this intermediary, regularly came to George Jamaloodin to collect envelopes with 20,000 to 30,000 guilders.
WHO ELSE COULD BE INVOLVED?
It appears that the OM thinks that George Jamaloodin is not the only client in this case. Among other things the OM is also looking to investigate George Jamaloodin's brother Robbie dos and George Jamaloodin colleague and former Curacao Prime Minister Gerrit Schotte, the investigation is not finished yet.
THE DEFENSE
George Jamaloodin's lawyer, Eldon “Peppie” Sulvaran stresses on the credibility issues from former chief of Curacao's Intelligence Service; (VDC), Edsel Gumbs.
George Jamaloodin's witness and security worker, Herbert Jacobus declared that; "I was working 7 times a week and never saw George Jamaloodin staying home unless he was sick." "Gerrit Schotte is the only one that I used to see at George Jamaloodin's home and other people that works on the finance. "I never saw Bolle, Pretu nor Nini at George Jamaloodin's house."
The founders of the foundation Korsou Fuerte i Outonomo (KFO), (Curacao Strong and Autonomous) included:
- 1) Former Minister of Justice; Elmer "Kadel" Wilsoe, who was member of Pueblo Soberano, and a colleague of Helmin Wiels. Elmer "Kadel" Wilsoe, is the Chairman of KFO, and the father-in-law of the former Head of Curacao Intelligence Services; Michael Romer, (see Above illustration in connection to Suzy Romer).
- 2) Lawyers Eldon 'Peppie' Sulvaran, Anthony Eustatius and Chester Peterson.
Eldon "Peppie" Sulvaran; was the attorney for former Prime Minister; Gerrit Schotte, and his life partner; Cicely van der Dijs; as well.
HELIM WIELS 2011 INTERVIEW WITH AILEEN
In a 2011 interview, with the deceased colleague; Aileen, Wiels had said numerous things; regarding Curacao's former leaders and former minister of Finance; George Jamaloodin:
Wiels stated; "We got to a historic point in this community, Aileen! Where for the first time in history, the established order (establishment) is shaking!"
Wiels continued with; "All of this is distracting from the attention of the real noise; (scandals); at The Central Bank with Emsley Tromp; (former president of the Central Bank of Curacao and Sint Maarten); who made a loan of 3 million, these are illicit acts that has happened, where the man; (Emsley Tromp); is misusing his power/office; so he can receive favors that normally is not done".
Wiels also stated; "We are going through a unique moment, where we are breaking the status quo in Aqualectra, with all the Old Oligarchy*, establishment in Aqualectra, where they were stealing from "Bow" ((inaudible)), "EMG" from Mario Geveers ((inaudible)) going up".
Wiels further stated; "We are breaking, we broke the one off Curoil, Capella went home, we are breaking the Central Bank one, where there is a lot of foolishness going on".
Wiels then rhetorically asked; "And what happens?"
Wiels stated; "There are some people without that notion, and that I warned every time, they do not take care of themselves. They put themselves in trouble!"
Wiels further explained; "How many times did I warn them?
I spoke every way, about Jamaloodin. I told them, listen, tell that man; (Jamaloodin) to take care of himself, he is the Minister of Finance, he has the second most important position in this country, you have the countries wallet.
You need to behave, you need to make sure you have professional attitude, you need to have good posture!"
Reporter Aileen questioned; "He; (Jamaloodin); is not behaving?"
Wiels responded; "How many times I claimed that?
They said, I said, or attack this and that, but now they all tell me; I was right! Now that thing happened!"
Wiels further stated; "Jamaloodin? They set him up as a target; his own people; (OT) The Team of Observation from the Customs department. They; themselves; tracked him down. His own people taped him! His own people stabbed him, because, he did not protect himself".
Wiels continued; "Listen, every existing government, history, you look in the time where the Administration School did put an apparatus, about domain management (Domain). Domain management was the one denying to allow Ballast Nedam to get in "Bow"((inaudible)). Ballast Nedam is a big Dutch company. The Netherlands states has big gains with that company".
Wiels also stated; "They found out that domain management was base on a debility of money laundering. When there was front roads ((inaudible))? In that period, the political party PAR was not there again. In the period of front roads, PAR were with the political party MAN".
Wiels further explained; "Don Martina (from the Political Party MAN) knew that they were to take on domain management ((inaudible)) and he asked, and they told him yes! he separated himself, Miguel told him; "let us take down the domain management" ((inaudible)). He did separate himself from it and washed his hands as he always does".
Wiels also stated; "In the period of front roads ((inaudible)), the Antilles, they:

Wiels reiterated; "Stop fooling around! There you can see!"

- Took out Middelhof; (allegedly; Jose Middelhof, from Political Party FOL which he left in 2006 to form Political Party; Partido Aliansa Korsou; PAK);
- imprisoned Godett; (leader of Political Party FOL),
- imprisoned Monte; (allegedly; Caryl Monte from Political Party MAN),
- imprisoned "Humphrey" Davelaar (from Political Party PNP),
They did this because, they said that; they were receiving 5 thousand guilders a month; in check from Isla Antilles ((inaudible)).
