THE US-CUBA RELATIONSHIP, WHERE DO THEY GO FROM THERE?

Willemstad, Curacao. Last Monday; in Havana, Cuba; marks the history and the dawning of a new era taunted as the greatest Cuban victory in history, The leader and President of The United States of America, The commander of the greatest military power in the world, was figuratively painted as kneeling down to The Communist ruled Castro brothers regime in favor of improved US diplomatic and economic relations.
Even though political commentaries noted that Fidel Castro may have had more than a few good reason not to meet the "imperialist Yankee"; as he had so often referred to american commander-in-chief and leaders and the leader of the free world; at the airport which is customary of diplomatic dignitaries, his younger brother and current president of The Republic of Cuba was notably absent as well, which some considered a diplomatic slap in the face of the US President; Barack Obama, especially when considered that every time former president of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez visited Cuba, he was always personally greeted at the airport in diplomatic fashion of the highest order.
The process to arrive at March 21st 2016 was by no simple mistake, but can be hailed as a Roman Catholic Church Highest Order of Negotiation accomplishment.
September 28th 2015 saw the occurrences of the 4th of The Blood Moon of the Lunar Tetrad as well as Pope Francis in the same period (9/24/2015 - 9/27/2015) visited The United States and again meet with President Obama after a number of official visits by the American Commander-in-chief to the Vatican.
In early 2015; in a meeting in Panama, Cuban President Raul Castro said that he was willing to discuss every issue and everything was on the table, according to President Obama who iterated this in his speech in Cuba 2016. However; President Obama also noted that in his speech that President Raul Castro; said that "we might disagree on something today on which we would agree on tomorrow". However; the contrary may have alluded the Harvard law educated US American president; Barack H. Obama; that his counterpart may have also alluded that; "We might AGREE on something TODAY on which we would DISAGREE on TOMORROW". This maybe reminiscent of a page out of history from Raul's older brother and the former leader, whom apparently acclaimed that the CIA helped him in the overthrow of the Batista regime in 1959. Afterwards in 1960; Fidel Castro nationalized all U.S. owned businesses which included oil refineries, factories and casinos and a 50 plus year hold on the country, followed by the inauguration of his younger brother Raul.
If the US Senate was to dissolve the embargo tomorrow, there is still a few questions which probably a large majority of the Republican "Establishment" members may be very interested in; like what negotiation would the US make in terms of compensation and remuneration of lost assets, capital and revenue from almost 60 years ago, which could reached into the trillions. Though, from 2008 Cuba started a campaign about lost revenue they had suffered as a result of the so called "Blockade"; (which in reality is an embargo), in an apparent classical legal rebuttal preparation case to justify non-repayment to The USA in accordance to The Helms Burton Law for adjustment.
Furthermore; what will happen to the Guantanamo Base in Santiago de Cuba; a strong hold for the USA-Caribbean intelligence and surveillance in addition to housing some of America’s Most Dangerous Enemies Of The State (AMDEOS). The 99 year lease on the land has since been paid and has since expired.
In early 2015, The St. Vincent and The Grenadines Government received a little over $1.5 million US Dollars from the Vatican via The Roman Catholic Church; apparently in exchange for a political favor of favorable voting at the UN for Cuba (the colloquial terms of "the devil is in the details"). Though this seem to venture close along the lines of bribery or surpass it, the Holy See, The Vatican City State and The Roman Catholic Church (almost the “3-in-1”) "may seem" to becoming more obvious and deliberate with their actions and clear cut intentions; as amongst almost the only Permanent Observer in The United Nation.
According to an article published on June 22 2015 in the News reported; "Grenada’s prime minister welcomed the request and offered additional reasons why this will be vital in moving forward. Among those, the prime minister said, is the Vatican’s increasingly diplomatic role in helping to heal formerly adverse relationships such as that between Cuba and the United States." This flamboyancy of the “3-as-1” givings and donations may be perceived and can be interpreted contrary to Christ's teachings, much as Jesus Christ advised what and how not to do, according to The Gospel of Matthew 6:1-4.
In early 2016; St. Vincent received Cuban diabetic-foot-ulcer treatment medications that would result in a reduced incidence of amputations.
Throughout the time dating back to the mid 1990's; Prime Minister of St. Vincent and The Grenadines, Dr. Keith Mitchell has supported and officially visited Cuba on numerous occasions, in addition to having an increased in medical and health care services and attention rendered by Cuban missionaries, much as was the case in South America in Bolivia and Venezuela.
JJosephaNews poised the three Republican Presidential Candidates the following question:

ANALYSIS OF I:
THE ART OF DIPLOMACY AND NEGOTIATIONS
The natural law of freedom always includes freedom to choose; which duplicity implies options. Therefore, no option; then no choice, therefore no freedom. For example if in the United States there existed only 1 political party because of true euphemism, and the only way to be elected to govern and therefore to government was thru proving your undying loyalty to the constitution and its founders; in full and complete, and your acts and actions would need to be proven in order to be accepted and adequate as a member of the 1 political party to be voted on by the masses. Therefore; if the sole criterion is loyalty to its founding fathers of the constitution and the ideas they have formulated, that system would create a fair and just election if the oligarchy were groups of gods, titans, Olympians or sons of God, however anything short of God Himself, in the monotheist approach would be the resultant equivalence of the after effect of eve eating the fruit from the tree of knowledge of good and evil.
In an “eutopia” society this one party governance may work where all people are equal and considerate of each other, each one putting needs of the other person above and before the best interest of himself or herself. However, this has proven never to exist and never to work since, the Garden of Eden had its gates closed.
However, there is believed to be one entity governance system, but it does not and never will include communism, but in perfect rule and perfect governance in a 1 entity system seems possible only in Heaven.
Therefore, any critique to the Cuban system would be treated as an enemy of the state and therefore unable and undeserving to govern or be in government. In the days of Plato and Socrates, open debate was the artful practice of savvy politicians and leaders and a 1 party system seems more like Monarchy without the bloodline inheritance. Therefore it seems that true democracy should and must start first with the explicit and implicit obligation and dedication expressed in a country's constitution to freedom of expression and the rights and freedom to vote, to elect and be elected in a truly democratic form and manner.
In a brief overview of the Cuban constitution, besides the 1 political party governance, there seems to exist the circumstances that help to prevent the change that was so skillfully architecture in a greater than simple majority vote, but also the act of treason being served as the most severest penalty. However, the act of talking against the government or exposing matters of the government in any media form can be treated as treason and therefore it seems unprofessional to interview any citizen or resident of Cuba to uncover any lies if they do exist or speak of their personal feelings if it does not offer praises and glory to the revolution and the commandants of the Cuban Revolution, because it risks the freedom and liberty of the said interviewee.
In conclusion, The Helms Burton law (from 1996 enforced by Bill Clinton, husband of 2016 Democratic Presidential Candidate front-runner Hillary Clinton) outlines a move forward with Cuban relations without the presence of (alleged Atheist) Fidel Castro neither (alleged Atheist) Raul Castro in the governance of the country's future. That perspective may have worked if it was plausible in the 1970's or 1980's, however since then The Castro brothers has genetically and philosophically ensured their immortality in the propagation of their ideology for almost 70 years, and anyone who would assume power and control that may share the same surname, but may not be Castro by name but most definitely a Castro by blood of at least 5 generations away which could include children, grandchildren, great grand and great great great grand niece, nephews, cousins and a much more social grandchildren.
History should remind us all of the US actions to remove Saddam Hussein from power (then as vice-president at that time whom visited Cuba as a special guest to Fidel Castro during Castro's reign as Leader of the Republic), which inadvertently helped the genesis and propagation of today's terrorists.
In addition; if reports are correct that Fidel Castro and his brother are allegedly atheists, so if Pope Francis visited Cuba with frequency to Raul and or either Fidel, does that indicate a conversion to being a believer in God as the almighty creator of all things and accepted Christ into his life as Lord and Savior?
It is probably clear that there is a plan and reason for why the US made more gifts to Cuba than receiving, other than Pope Francis and possible Oil discovery off of the extended Cuban territorial waters or it maybe the intelligent plan of weakening and destabilizing effect on the direct source of Cuba's best friend in Latin america, Venezuela and their Oil fields via the future Venezuelan presidential election of Maduro. History remembers the "Non-Threaten" effect of Fidel Castro in Red October; according to J.F. Kennedy; especially after negotiation with Russian President to remove nuclear weapons in Cuba despite Castro's sharp disagreement for such a maneuver. In exchange with the Russian president at that time The US promised not to invade Cuba and to remove its nuclear warheads in Turkey, whilst Russia would remove its warhead in Cuba and the Nuclear Plant City in Cuba would come to a halt, and it did! But now there are large numbers of middle-east natives and children and great grand children of middle east origin in Cuba and if the opportunity presents to conspire may prove dangerous to Obama's US open door immigration policy with Cuba.
On the other hand, the better strategic plan may just simply be to amend the Helms Burton Law, such that the US does not encourage Cubans to escape from Cuba in rafts to USA. This is still a difficult task to imagine that Cuba which has its revolutionaries over-watching the Cuban shorelines is unable to control its people and borders from leaving Cuba in rafts and boats illegally. Maybe the section that provides for a "starter fix" for ever Cuban that lands on american soil in the name of political asylum should be reconsidered and revoked and instead they should be sent back to Cuba. Therefore, forcing the people of Cuba to make a difference and stand up for their own rights, freedom and future as individuals and a country via their political system. According to sources, Fidel Castro seemed to be 1 response step ahead of some of the major action made by the US, the most notable being that of the 10% tax on tourist receiving funds in additional to other fees applied for those receiving funds from the US or in US currencies that they would then also convert from US dollars (USD) to Cuban Convertibles (CUC) then to Cuban Peso (CUP). However, Fidel Castro administration introduced the double currency, wherein the 1 CUC = 1 USD , however; the Cuban national currency of (CUP) equates as 24 CUP = 1 USD and it was this double currency system of inflation /deflation type standard that created jobs of "Cadeca". During this adjustment in monetary strategy the Pope was beginning to visit Cuba and the change from Santeria to Roman Catholicism was becoming more evident; which according to afro-Cubans, they have explained that the 2 religions were always seemed to be intertwined one with the other; when at one point being Atheistic was a common ideology and practice during Fidel Castro's early governance, as a matter of fact, stories say that Fidel Castro promised to build a memorial in Santiago de Cuba in the name of a Santeria if he would win the battle to govern his country in 1959 from the Batista government, which he did with apparently the assistance of the CIA for January 1st 1960.
According to Presidential candidate Ted Cruz on his campaign website; tedcruz.org; he stated that, "After being tortured and imprisoned in Cuba, Ted’s father, Rafael, fled to the United States to attend the University of Texas at Austin in 1957. He then started a small business in the oil and gas industry. Today, Ted’s father is a pastor in Dallas.
Growing up, his father would often say to him:
“When we faced oppression in Cuba, I had a place to flee to. If we lose our freedom here, where do we go?”
However this maybe one that Presidential Candidate Ted Cruz may be trying to continue to sell as possibly anti-Castro when actually Fidel and The Revolucionario Cubano never won or took power until the end of 1959, the beginning of 1960, at which time, before then Batista rules the government and was in power and had authority and control over the prisons. Therefore, in actuality Ted Cruz father; Rafael' probably supported Fidel Castro based on the information and data supplied.
It is a good philosophy, ideology and diplomacy to firstly let a sovereign country deal with its own problems and create its own solutions, unless the country reaches out and indirectly request assistance economically, financially and for international safety and security measures.
