THE LAW OF EXCEPTION, THE LAW THAT CANCELS EMANICIPATION, IS A LAW OF TYRANNY AND INTIMIDATION?
The Staten van Curacao; Curacao's Parliament held a meeting to table a law called: "LAW OF EXCEPTION" for Monday November 23rd 2020, but an unexpected turn of events occurred and the meeting was then cancelled.
MEETING POSTPONMENT REASON
During an interview, member of Curacao parliament for the political Party MAN in the coalition PAR-MAN governance, Mr. Eugene Cleopa expressed; "On Friday; there was a coalition meeting to treat the meeting of Monday morning, us the coalition meet, I was there in the meeting room in the first part of the meeting where I informed the coalition that for me, information must be given to the Curacao community and that I do not expect to be the only one that will give information to the public, why? Because I find that there is a lot of in-tranquility in the community."
Eugene Cleopa also stated; "I did not participated in the rest of the meeting because of other previous obligations."
Eugene Cleopa; further stated; "On Saturday, on social media surged a large avalanche of heavy critic after that a Netherlander ("Hulandes" - Dutch) from Curacao; who can speak Dutch sent a video around, took 4 Articles of the law and gave his explanation on it in Dutch and in Papiamentu, as strange as it may sound, I want to say that, every time we make critics that we go only after Netherlands (that is; the government does what Netherlands wants), that we go after "Makamba" only, today the Netherlander is there to put everyone in Curacao upside down."
DEROGATORY TERM OF MAKAMBA
Makamba is a colloquial term used by Curasalenos, to refer to the white people or to the white (Caucasian) Dutch person from Netherlands. This is equivalent to the Afro-Americans calling the white people; Caucasians; "Crackers", and in the Northern Caribbean region it is also equivalent of the Afro-Caribbeans calling white people; "Honkie" or "Conchy-Joe".
CONTINUATION OF THE EUGENE CLEOPA DESSERTATION ON THE LAW OF EXCEPTION.
PM Eugene Cleopa said; "This law was treated on June 4th in the Central Commission where a large quantity of Parliament members had heavy critics on a lot of articles, in which this law went back to come to parliament."
Eugene continued; "What happened is that, that put like a fire here in Curacao, consequently took me to a discussion with my colleagues, which is the leader of the party PAR's Fraction; Mr. Stephen Walroud. Us two have a good communication with each other, we went in a deliberation for about the entire morning, so that we could have convinced each other on what is the best thing to do. There we enter into a point of view in which; later in the afternoon, within our political party, we got to a deliberation which concluded that in these moments, the best thing to do is to take this issue out of the agenda for two important reasons, which was the advice that the Council of Ministers asked for, to send this document back to the council of ministers and in the second place, information must be given for the content of this law."
THE PEOPLE'S RIGHTS: EUGENE CLEOPA INDICATED THAT THE PEOPLE WILL HAVE NO RIGHTS WHEN THE GOVERNMENT DECIDES, THIS IS THE POWER THE LAW GIVES THE RULING GOVERNMENT AND NETHERLANDS.
Member of Parliament: Mr. Cleopa also expressed himself, regarding taking away the rights of the people, and among other things he stated the following: "This LAW TAKES AWAY OUR RIGHTS at the moment, if it result that there is a crisis situation, described with first and last name in this law, that put that in that moment you can not do such activity because there is danger."
DECEIVING THE PEOPLE OF CURACAO - CHARLES COOPER (MFK) STATED EUGENE CLEOPA (MAN) IS DECEIVING THE COUNTRY AND THE WORLD AND WORST HE IS TALKING SOMETHING THAT HE HIMSELF DO NOT UNDERSTAND.
During an interview, according to Curacao member of Parliament for the opposition party: Mr. Charles Cooper; leader of the fraction of MFK in parliament; the largest opposition in parliament, Charles Cooper stated the following about Mr. Cleopa: "I suggest that the political party; MAN; my ex-party; as the former leader of that political party, to stop and DO NOT LET Mr. Eugene Cleopa speak any more, because if they let him to read his law and then to speak on it and about it, because what he brought forward are such barbarities (stupid ignorance)."
Charles Cooper explained; "Principally, he stated for example, - If there is a calamity at your station, then this law applies! This law is not for these type of things for only one part of Curacao. I do not know where Cleopa got that from, this law applies for the entire country! So to come and speak such stupidness barbarity on the radio, you appear cheap, you appear like you did not read your stuffs or did your work as a parliamentarian."
Charles Cooper further explained; "The second barbarity (ridiculous stupidity), that he spoke on your program, he said, that this law will not enter in action right now, I suggest Mr. Cleopa to read Article 37. This law, at the moment it passes in Parliament, it becomes a fact, it enters, it will be published and when it becomes public it enters in vigor, that is it!"
Cooper also stated; "When he was asked about Article 28, he stated, "No, it only applies when there is a situation of crisis". What he needs to do, is to go back and re-read Article 28."
Mr. Charles Cooper iterated; "It means that, what is in chapter 3? All the issues of entering homes, and taking and all these things, with phones, THIS CAN be applicable by an official without having an Exception Case."
Mr. Charles Cooper cried; "Mr. Cleopa open your ears, open your eyes and go and read Article 28."
FORMER MINISTER OF JUSTICE FOR PUEBLO SOBERANO SPEAKS OUT ON GOVERNOR LUCILLE GEORGE-WOUT AND MAN MP EUGENE CLEOPA.
Per interview with Elmer Wilsoe, he stated; " I do not understand, how could the governor sign this concept of Law. The Governor, it is her position; as the president of the Council of Ministers; The Council of Ministers gave a devastating observation on this law, and she as the president of the Council of Ministers, she then still signed the law. I do not understand. Yahh!"
Elmer Wilsoe further stated; "I do not understand how can you be the captain of the team and you will abandon the team on the side."
Mr. Wilsoe continued; "My second point is that Minister Girigorie and Mr. Cleopa, jump up and down, tell them to read and understand what importance this is, Mr. Cleopa said that before Curacao became 10-10-10, there was a "vestuurcollege" transitorium, where these laws were passed. And in the State regulation "Staatsregeling", it said that there is a possibility to come with it, it is not stating that you must come with the law itself. It did not come around for sure with the government of Pueblo Soberano, it came again under the governance of the political party PAR, that is PAR combined with MAN. That was stated very clear".
BACKGROUND ON ELMER WILSOE
Elmer Raynold Wilsoe (77 years old), aka "Kadie" was a former Minister of Justice appointed by the political party Pueblo Soberano (PS) and served from October 2010 til 2012. From 2012 to 2016 he served as an Member of Parliament for PS in the Staten van Curacao (SVC-01)
In September 2016 several pages of criminal proceedings of the Curacao's public prosecution office leaked, which revealed Wilsoe to be a suspect of involvement with the political assassination of Pueblo Soberano; leader Helmin Wiels. Reportedly; in 2016 Wilsoe and George Jamaloodin filed a lawsuit to be struck off as suspects in the case.
Later in 2019; George Jamaloodin was sentenced and imprisoned for his involvement and crime. In October 2016, a Judge; denied Wilsoe request to be struck from the list of suspects. In January 2017 a similar second request by Wilsoe also failed.
Among the Internet browsers; Elmer Wilsoe is also most remembered for the acclaimed ghost haunting of the spirit of Helmin Wiels, when in a press interview, the photo of the dead politician positioned behind Elmer Wilsoe, on its own and with no breeze, fell off and frightened Wilsoe.
According to claims, Wilsoe indicated that he would not return to politics after 2016; however; his recent involvement in the Law of Exception and discussion involving Lucile George-Wout, many claim, maybe Wilsoe and Suzy Camelia-Romer attempts to avoid prosecution by The Dutch if they reclaim Curacao. Note Wilsoe, son-in-law is Michael Romer, the former director of Curacao's Intelligence Services".
