Willemstad, Curacao. The lucrative business marketing platform and leading edge CRM Google product, Google My Business (GMB) firstly removed and then informed the holder, JJosephaNews GMB; that its posting was removed; alluding that it was because it violated GMB content policy and that it did not "create a positive life experience". However; JJosephaNews Spokesperson claimed that there was not and never was a content policy violation and that the actions seemed contradictory to Google's CEO; Sundar Pichai; on their commitment, Google News Initiative (GNI) and Google's mission.

PREFACE
The latest analytical news reporting source to come under attack of Freedom of the Press and Speech, it made some journalists, reporters, editors and publishers think, if we write about, and publish an article against or that does not put the 45th US President, Donald Trump; in a good light, it appears that there is nothing wrong with publishing such an article, and it is many times praised indiscreetly for doing such. That is wrong plain and simple! We are a news reporting source and we present the facts as they are. Real news matter "#RealNewsMatters" !

THE LETTER
   Good morning; the best to you, your staff and the entire "Google family". it is with a sad note that we must unfortunately bring such undesirable to your attention in hopes of an amicable long term and short solution, which we feel maybe a slight oversight or on the other hand something far worst.

PART 1. GOOGLE'S ACTIONS TOWARDS JJOSEPHANEWS POSTING IN GMB ON DEC. 6th 2019
The following email was sent immediately within 5 minutes after posting yesterday:

Curacao was the part of the illustrious "Slave Triangle", where the slave were stocked and medically treated, inventoried, but also sieved, classed and categorized. The laws of the Dutch control district-colony ensured and encouraged human trafficking, where human rights were not considered; neither respected, nor the bases of those created yet at that time. As a matter of fact after slavery had effectively ended due to the French rule, the notorious torture of Tula and the command that was circulated to keep the estrangement between Carlos Manuel Piar and Tula became more apparent from history logs."

PART 4. JJOSEPHANEWS RESPONSE LETTER/ARTICLE TO GOOGLE MY BUSINESS (GMB)  

From this message and Google's own action towards our post, which may have been calculated or non-calculated. Google apparently may have overzealous technicians, technicians with a hidden agenda or technicians that create programs or bots apparently designed to curtail and stagnate freedom of speech and freedom of expression or to vet and censor material that obliterates the freedom of speech and the articles of The U.S. Bill of Rights.

We; at JJosephaNews; are a strong advocate of Sundar Pichai's statement on their Commitment. GNI and the CEO of Google; Sundar Pichai, in Google's commitment statement - Google News Initiative (GNI) said;
"Our Commitment - "Google cares deeply about Journalism. We believe in spreading knowledge to make life better for everyone. It's at the heart of Google's mission. It's the mission of publishers and journalists. Put simply, our future are tied together.""

There is a dilemma here of one or the other and that is either the technicians and their programs has gone rogue, or Mr. Sundar Pichai's statement as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Google is utterly and deceptively false!

JJosepha News will extend every opportunity for the CEO; Sundar Pichai to address his statement and those of the content policy figuratively being used as a Cat-O-Nine Tails whiplash tool to possibly intimidate and stagnate freedom of the press and speech; of the global news media.

We should hope that this was nothing more than a slight oversight and technical mishap, even though all fingers point to something more scandalous in inequality and favoritism. However; actions speak louder that words in seeing what they do next!"

JNN Contributor  noted; "This is a news article, that's what we do and deal with, that was about history and the truth of what happened, non-subjective in every term; that's it! Furthermore; anyone who finds this repulsive and hence says it didn't happened; denies history and denies the facts of what happened to blacks and slaves during that era, and therefore in itself; they promote bigotry, racist and discriminating supremacist views and viewpoints, not wanting others to know or learn the truth about history; but instead to perpetuate a lie. We respect our readers and viewers and we have a responsibility not to mislead, misguide or deceive them, because in that, we will forever be doing them; our readers, subscribers, viewers and guests a grave injustice and dishonor".

Another JNN contributor commented; "I think we know what this is truly about! Hint; "a day late and a dime short"!"

Google should not be nor allow itself to be manipulated as the hand maiden of the minority with hidden agendas and special interests, but instead, should make every attempt to respect all and ensure all are respected, not one over another; nor before the other.

There should also be sanctions levied against the account for those individuals and collective interest groups with hidden agendas, making frivolous and or baseless claims and complaints, in an attempt to try to utilize, misuse and or abuse the rights of others by thwarting the guidelines of content policy for their own selfish benefits and advantage with the inclusive or exclusive intent to intimidate and abuse.

In retrospect, those who seek to complain about this news article; should be more otherwise inflamed about the inequality of the time past about slavery and how humans, especially and specifically blacks or slaves were treated as property of others and treated as animals, all because of the color of their skins. Slavery happened and the research and facts substantiated.

There are those persons particularly; Dutch historians; who have expressed; "lets look at the good in slavery, instead of dwelling on the bad...", and normally it maybe those persons and groups of people that have a tendency to want to silence the truth, harm the messenger and hide the facts which in itself is a mere admission of not being transparent nor truthful about slavery and what really happened! Moreover; to bring this into perspective; the shocking truth is that even Tula and Carlos Manuel Piar where "sold out" by "their own", but; that was orchestrated by in each case by the so called ingenuity of "The Dutch Strategist" to subvert an upstage of slave or black rebellion and maintain the order for the continuation of Slavery and the economy that filtrates richness from such continuation.

Let history tell the truth with facts, records/journals and chronology of events. Some decades ago; their was a plea that women should not have the right to vote or that blacks should not have the right to vote, but we can now safely assume, that was nothing more than a ploy to make sure that the powerful and those with power,  never loose their power; because they were able to abuse the rights of those two sectors with immunity and they may have been fearful that one day the same would return upon them and their colleagues in the popular cliche; "You shall reap what you sow". Favoritism and bias are still the essential cornerstones of corruption!

Again, this appears as an overzealous subjectivity of technicians and or their programs and reflects upon the fair nature, management and quality care and attention  directives and should be addressed immediately and acutely  as possible to ensure this does not randomly occur again to someone else.
