Willemstad, Curacao. The right and honorable thing to do as a government and parliament is to know when it is time to leave, the best thing as a nation and country is to know when leaders and rulers do not have you first and foremost on their minds and thoughts collectively to create a better future for the next generation. True representation includes succession and accepting responsibility for errors ensuring that there is and will remain a system of honor and respect when it comes to doing the will of the people. The popular Curasaleno political cliche now-a-days; "these politicians think they can fool all the people all the time and most of the people most of the time, but you can always tell when Old Curasaleno politicians are lying, just look to see if their lips are moving when they are talking".
For two (2) years, the government has had the opportunity to do what is right by the people and for the people, but instead things have progressively worsen, so much so that financial instructions had to be issued to the Curacao governance because of financial mismanagement. Now it seems apparent that it is time that government to the right and honorable thing for the people and by the people in order to have a brighter future and a better tomorrow by the PAR-MAN-PIN coalition government and parliament resigning!
IT'S TIME FOR A CHANGE!
Politicians from political systems of honor know that like any relationship abuse should not be tolerated, but the abuser will continue to abuse, intimidate and force their willful ways upon the abusee. This will continue until the abusee is willing to stand up for themselves and stand strong and say "enough is enough, I will not be abuse any longer because I am no longer afraid and I am willing to fight no matter the consequence". Then systematically the abusee is now fighting for something greater; the abusee now fights for principle, honor and respect; not individualistically but collectively and generationally and that's truly when empowerment occurs and the abuse stops! Curacao needs to be empowered to tell its political system and machinery; "It's time for a change!"
PARLIAMENT MUST BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF GOVERNMENT AND THE GOVERNMENT MUST BE RESPONSIBLE AND HONORABLE TO THE PEOPLE
It is for that reason above that any Curacao government that has financial mismanaged the affairs of the country should not be allowed to stay on leading the country, because such a government is just babysitting and does not know how to effectively govern the country. Such a government must resign and such a parliament must be held accountable for their actions and non-actions to protect the will of the people, because if they don't who will?

Earlier, the Trump Administration appropriated funds and assisted Puerto Rico during Post-Hurricane assistance and The US Congress has sent most of those funds to the island already. The assistance of $92 Billion USD Dollars and President Trump made note of the Mayor of Puerto Rico; Carmen Yulin Cruz and The Governor of the Island; Ricardo Rossello, as well that has come under scrutiny for his hidden comments about gays and other like Ricky Martin.
The governor has faced pressure to resign since private online chat messages on the Telegram app were leaked earlier this month in which he and his top aides allegedly made inappropriate comments against opponents and critics.

These comments, actions and reactionary attitude apparently by the Gubernatorial Office, was the same type of attitude that our reporters and regional journalists have voiced concerns about their similar experiences from the Gubernatorial Office, but sit it aside, however our reporters can give credence to the reactionary attitude.
Now, the important issue with what President Trump noted about giving a lot of money in the hands of Corrupt Individuals who are bad managers managing the country's finances. And that rode a tone of how much of a financial problem Curacao is in.

In the UK, the system of Parliamentary Ethics and Honor Index; PEHI; is very high, therefore; maybe Curacao needs to adopt and learn such a critical component for its people, laws and nation to be more like one of the oldest Parliamentary system in world when it comes to PEHI.
Base on the 2019 Mid-Term report, the poor outcome of the Curacao executive branch (ministers), are the results of putting investors first and foremost instead of the people and voters. In other terms, this is reflective of "putting the investors before the shareholders". The Curasaleno political leaders seem to be more concerned with their "pocket finances", "Political Magic", "Election Voodoo" and "PoliTricks" than, they are with True Representation for the entire population and nation, and Good Governance of Transparency, Accountability, Rule of Law and Participation.

Governor Lucille George-Wout, a former member and representative for PAR at the Executive and Legislative branch and now as Governor for the country of Curacao, many curasalenos expressed that; "she should be thinking about country first, second and third and not political party, friendship, allegiance and alliance".

WHY DID CURACAO'S PRIME MINISTER; EUGENE RHUGGENAATH (PAR) AND THE MAJORITY RULE IN THE STATEN VAN CURACAO (SVC-08) POLITICALLY BULLDOZER THE BUDGET THRU PARLIAMENT, SHOULD THIS BE CRIMINALLY PROSECUTED IN ACCORDANCE TO THE CONSTITUTION AND ARTICLES OF ORDERS, AND IS THIS THE REASON WHY CURACAO IS IN ITS PRESENT FINANCIAL DERELICT RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS FROM NETHERLANDS?
To understand and read the letter that the ministry of Health wrote reminding the Dutch about not allowing "double dipping"; but apparently Suzy Romer may have forgotten about the witchcraft accounting going on that Greece was alleged to have done and lead to their default aka "bankruptcy". In Curacao's situation of the Hospital NOBO Otrobanda (HNO), their maintenance is apparently already included but it seems that they may have been implying to double paying for maintenance.
WILL ANY MP OF SVC-08 ADMIT THAT THE HOSPITAL NOBO HAS BEEN CURACAO'S PARLIAMENT'S CASH COW EXCUSE FOR MORE MONEY?
However; the bigger issue from the start of the Hospital NOBO, may have been a cash cow to the MP's not just to those in the government but possible with the trickle down effect filtering to those in the opposition and the past politicians. According to the scriptures, "Money is the Route of all evil".
THE RICH GETTING RICHER AND THE POOR GETTING WORST, WHO IS DIRECTLY TO BLAME FOR CURACAO'S FINANCIAL MISMANAGEMENT
It is a shame when some of the most wealthiest persons on the Island of Curacao, are all politicians. Over the past six (6) years, there have only been three (3) persons that have had direct responsibility for the financial management of Curacao, and those have been among two (2) political parties; Political Party PAR and MAN; whichunder the independent Member; Glenn Sulvaran; who broke away from his political party PAR once he got to the SVC; appointed Jose Jardim and Hensley Koeiman; leader of MAN, appointed Kenneth Gijsbertha each and every time.
CURACAO PARLIAMENT AND THE CURACAO GOVERNMENT MUST DECLARE THEIR INCOME, REVENUE, GAINS, GIFTS, AWARDS AND DONATIONS TO STOP HIGH CRIME CORRUPTIONS AND TO POLITICALLY INOCULATE AGAINST POLITICALLY VIRAL AND BACTERIAL INFECTIONS OR REMOVAL OF POLITICAL PARASITES.
Only three (3) political parties are duly responsible, blame and at fault for the financial mismanagement of Curacao and its economic disposition and proliferation along with the parliamentary cohesion of majority rule that lead and hide curacao's recession state and excessive loans to companies who later claim bankruptcy and, excessive burrowing and high expense. The curacao's parliament (SVC-08) must declare their annually salary and all other benefits, compensations, gifts, awards and donations that they have received individually, collectively or in part of or for someone or some entity.
