The 2016 Curacao Election Debate (CED-2016) on World Affairs to be hosted by JJosephaNews and moderated by The Curacao's news correspondent; Josefina Josepha, just 24 hours after the Donald Trump vs. Hillary Clinton's first USA Presidential debate takes center stage. The CED-2016 was geared to be an inclusive look into the policies and platforms of the different political parties and to truthfully dissect the political philosophy and ideology of the country’s political leaders and how they will govern. Responsivity is a GOOD sign of servitude and willingness to serve the people, whether for your party or against it. As representative in the Staten van Curacao, Members of Parliament not only represent the people who voted for them but also those who didn't vote for them as well! RESPONSIVITY is an important factor that lends to effectivity and measures adaptability and efficiency. In a World Bank Organization e-Institute 2015 Project in Parliamentary Budgeting

the activity and actions of the country’s parliamentarians were measured and calculated based on a range of criteria and a score of the SVC earned a grading of about 64.67% given a 3% disparity. The above table was calculated in 2015 before the unbeknownst litany of negative overall percentage distribution points, and it is thought that the percentage value would barely break ½ waymark. When this is coupled with the  “2012-2016 Political Landscape” an excerpt taken from Book; “The Rise and; Fall Of Governments In Curacao Formulated On The 4 Pillars Of Good Governance and; The Impact Of Parliamentary Budget Effectivity” illustrates Curacao’s Political Landscape and reasons for constitutional reforms that may lead to create and educate the voting populace, so that they can make better informed national civic decision.

The scale range on Responsivity of The political Parties in Curacao ranged from -10 to +10, though the grading spanned from -9 with PAIS and Alex Rosaria to +4 with PAS and Charles Cooper.
At the lower scale was a trio which included (-9) PAIS and Alex Rosaria, (-8) UKH and Omayra Leeflang, (-8) PS and Jaime Cordoba, whereas at the opposite end of the polarity are Charles Cooper and PAS leading the pathway at +4, Hensley Koeiman and MAN at +4 and, Humphrey Davelaar and PNP at +3. The Acceptable Quality Standard (AQS) was labeled at +6.0 all on a scale of -10 to +10.
Though Charles Cooper responsivity seemed elephant sized compared to his other political opponents it indicated his level of preparedness and servitude, “because you can not respond to the will of the people, the entire nation if you can not hear them and if you are not in tone to listen to them”, for this Charles Cooper separated himself as wanting the job and having a quality necessary for the job, responsivity.

Furthermore it was noted that 99% of the political parties had a facebook page and that the political parties facebook page were having new posting regularly, however in spite of this their failure to respond within a period of time was measured and still only showed little interest in responsivity. An analysis of the Pooling research conducted  in Curacao (See news articles in JJosephaNews in addition to the low overall responsivity indices.
