WHO IS TELLING THE TRUTH? By: @JJosephaNews Reading Time: 2:00 Min. Curacao Police Department. Curacao Police Missing after detention. Willemstad, Curacao. On Sunday, February the 28th 2021, during the weekend, 5 police officers were detained. In the morning at 9 o’clock, 5 police officers from the Curacao police department, were detained. This was after the police department made a call to them to continue an investigation and to interrogate them. There were 6 police officers on non-active, where they were interrogated on multiple occasions and on Sunday, the police department called them, explained to them that at 9 o’clock in the morning they must present themselves at the police station to continue with an interrogation. During the period of non-active other complained added up as well. FIVE POLICE OFFICERS DETAINED BUT ONE POLICEMAN IS STILL AT LARGE AND MISSING. At the moment when the police officers presented themselves, 5 were detained. Apparently, the 6th police officer, did not present himself at the police station as requested, and the police department is unable to locate him at the moment, as reported on Sunday, in the late hours of the afternoon. WHAT IS THE INVESTIGATION ON THE POLICE OFFICERS ABOUT? In February 2021, 6 police officers were put on non-active duty, because a citizen, which is a suspect, apparently stated that money, drugs and valuable properties which were in his possession, on his premises, were taken and were not reported; by law; at the police department. The citizen/suspect alleged, that he himself had “those things”, which were taken by the police officers and not reported, was being saved for another person. At the moment that the owner of “those things” met with the citizen/suspect, and pressured the citizen/suspect, the citizen/suspect took an unexpected initiative. WHO WOULD BELIEVE A SUSPECT OVER A POLICE OFFICER? The citizen/suspect made the decision to file an official police complaint at the Curacao police department, accusing some police officers of unlawfully braking into his premises and taking possessions, among other things, including drugs, weapons, and sums of money. “I MAY GO DOWN, BUT THE WHOLE SHIP WILL GO DOWN ALSO” SCENARIO The owner of “those things”, who pressurized the citizen/suspect for his belongings, could not believe the story, asking, if the police entered the citizen/suspect premises and took all “those things”, why they did not detain him (the “citizen/suspect”). So, to apparently get out of the pressure, the suspect acted upon the situation and filed an official police complaint against the police officers, even though it incriminated him as well.

“I MAY GO DOWN, BUT THE WHOLE SHIP WILL GO DOWN ALSO” SCENARIO

The owner of “those things”, who pressurized the citizen/suspect for his belongings, could not believe the story, asking, if the police entered the citizen/suspect premises and took all “those things”, why they did not detain him (the “citizen/suspect”). So, to apparently get out of the pressure, the suspect acted upon the situation and filed an official police complaint against the police officers, even though it incriminated him as well.
