THREE PLANTATIONS OF MARIJUANA FOUND IN CURACAO AND NO ONE CLAIMING OWNERSHIP, WHO IS THE DRUG LORD RESPONSIBLE?

Banda Arriba, Curacao. Three (3) plantations of Marijuana where found in the Banda Arriba district in the relatively close community of Ronde Klip. The Curacao Police Force discovered and disposed of the product according to policing protocol for disposing drugs of this nature. The police made comments on how they were alerted and discovered the plantations, however possession is 9th the law on ownership, so the question lingers on how the process and investigation will continue?
On July 30th 2019, The Curacao police department; raided three (3) marijuana plantations in the area of Ronde Klip (East Curacao).
More than 8,000 plants were seized and burnt afterwards along with all the other attributes to prepare the drugs.
The plantations was well equipped with a water treatment plant.

THE CURACAO POLICE DEPARTMENT
The police department has not reported any arrest from the discovery and raid.
ACCORDING TO THE LAWS TODAY IT IS ILLEGAL TO GROW, OR SMOKE MARIJUANA IN CURACAO!
The child of the Montana resident commented; "My mother is asthmatic so when, we complained to the landlord; who is a government employee; and his dutch wife who is a lawyer; we were told smoking marijuana was legal in Curacao and they wanted to make it sound like we were the troublemakers for complaining".
Another Curacao resident complained that she was pregnant and complained to her landlord of the same thing, and sometime later, now she understands that; the more than likely nature of why she lost her child during pregnancy, was possibly because of excessive second hand breathing of marijuana smoke from her neighbors in the building she rented; even after repeated and consistent complaining of the marijuana smoking to the landlord where she rented, me and my unborn child became the victims. The landlord and all the marijuana smoking neighbors are the real murders in this case.
She further commented; "sometimes the smell was so strong that it would wake her up from sleep early in the morning around 3am. The landlord pretended to do something but all he did it seemed was inform the other tenants that I was complaining and it made situations even worse".
She continued; "However; the worst thing was the landlords; one after the other were lawyers, so when I called around searching for an attorney to get out of my contract, I was actually talking with possibly some of the landlords colleague, then they wanted me to sign a new contract that made me responsible for everything that happened. Then when I informed him I was moving, he threatened me that I was under contract; but after he learnt I lost my pregnancy they wanted me to sign the new contract that exonerated them from everything and they pressured me to sign it but I never did. They had told me marijuana does not do anything to an unborn fetus, but no one really knows, but the stress from being victimized and discriminated against and paying to live uncomfortably because you are not a marijuana smoker was well ridiculous. And I did contact the OM and was informed that they don't deal with civil matters. It seems that netherland born dutch can get away with doing things to curasalenos but vice versa, would not be tolerated!"

According to a Cannabis growing website author; the principle ingredients on growing Cannabis outdoor includes:
1. Quality Marijuana seeds. As the available space was large, it appeared that both regular and feminised seeds were used, since the final transplant in the ground would not have occurred until the sexing of the plants.
2. Powder bat guano or liquid bat guano. Coincidentally Curacao's bat cave may have supplied some starter quantity.
3. Worm castings (vermicompost purchased from the store or third party).
4. Pure neem extract, pyrethrum or any other organic insecticide purchased from the store or third party.
5. Nutrihemp (natural solid alginates purchased from the store or third party).
6. Propolis (fungicide and plant defense booster purchased from the store or third party).
7. Bacillus Thuringiensis purchased from the store or third party.
Therefore, identifying the actors involved may only include tracking the primary raw materials that would have been purchase in growing marijuana outdoor on large scale bases.
EVERYONE HAS THE RIGHT TO BREATH CLEAN AIR AND NOT INHALE SECOND HAND MARIJUANA SMOKE...

QUINCY GIRIGORIE; THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE. QUINCY NEEDS TO RESPOND TO THE PUBLIC OF THESE QUESTIONS AND HE NEEDS TO ANSWER TO THE SVC-08
Curacao's Minister of Justice; Quincy Girigorie (political party PAR), has not responded to questions about the illegal drugs that were seized:
- (1.) Who owns or leases the land that the Marijuana Plantations are located on?
- (1.) Who toiled, prepared and worked the lands of the plantation?
- (3.0) Who are the Players; (the (a) Farmers, (b) Workers, (c) Constructors and (d) Processors -those that process the raw material into the final product for sale) for the 3 Marijuana Plantation business?
- (3.1) Who are the Supporters; (those that buy the final product in (a) Large Bulk Sales Quantities aka traffickers and (b) Street Corner Retail Sales Quantities; ) of the 3 Marijuana Plantation business?
- (3.2) Who are the Backers; (the (a) Financiers, (b) Organizers, (c) Managers & Executors, (d) "Marijuana-ologist", (d) Protectors (those that grease the pockets of the police officers and the department), (e) Informants, and (f) Lobbyist - (those that grease the pockets and bank accounts of politicians, parliamentarians, government ministers and other powerful people in the society with powerful connections and leverages), of the 3 Marijuana Plantation business?
- (4.) Who is responsible for sourcing the raw materials to effectively growing Marijuana at greater yields?
- (5.) With the appearance of the field and plant size, why have it taken so long to make an arrest or notice the lawless activity.
- (6.) What percentage of the PSB (Players-Supporters-Backers) structure has the police department arrested and investigated?
- (7.) Who are the Dutch or European-Caribbeans that are in charge of and are responsible for the illegal marijuana plantations?
- (8a.)Is there corruption in the Police department in regards to marijuana plantations?
- (8b.) Is there corruption within the Staten van Curacao's (SVC) Members of Parliament (MP) and or their direct familial relations to protect the Marijuana Plantations?
- (8c.) Is there corruption within the Curacao's Government, and or, The Eugene Rhuggenaath Administration and or his Cabinet of (PAR-MAN-PIN) coalition?
- (8d.) Is there corruption at a higher level than the Curacao's Executive Branch?
- (8e.) Is there Dutch involvement at a higher level within the Curacao's Government?
SUZY CAMELIA-ROMER, THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
The minister of health; Suzy Camelia-Romer (political party PIN), wants to legalize medical marijuana on the island, where there is already more than 1% (more than 1,620 people) of the curacao population are drug addicts along with being in the "Curacao's Homelessness Crisis" (CHC).
A punda resident responded; "Suzy and PIN political party are following the commands of possibly their netherlands control directorate. many people believe; if Netherlands says jump, she screams is this high enough? She is possibly just a muppet so don't mind her talking hard to netherlands, she knows who butters her bread and knows all her dark secrets, I'm old enough to remember she was once PM of the Dutch Antilles! So she and her party are pushing the marijuana legalization and the legalization of homosexual marriage and having the same rights as a regular normal marriage. It was reported that she collects pension plus a salary, what is happening to that case? Justice needs to be blind in Curacao regardless of who it is and how rich they are the same law must be applicable for everyone."

DIRECTOR OF CARPHA; DR. JAMES HOSPEDALES IMPLORES THAT THERE NEEDS TO BE A REGIONAL APPROACH TO LEGALIZATION OR DECRIMINALIZATION OF MARIJUANA.
In a 1 on 1 interview with Dr. James Hospedales; The Executive Director of The Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA), Josefina Josepha; Chief Senior International News Correspondent; asked Dr. James Hospedales; "What was CARPHA's views on possibly new laws on Marijuana smoking legislation, and Dr. Hospedales implored; that caution needs to be practice, and not to regress worst than the original steps made in progress; especially as it relates to the youths; whose brains are still developing.
The executive director of CARPHA also importantly noted a paper that CARPHA produced on the medical use of marijuana and, that there needs to be a regional approach, legislation, education and regulation of how the product is used.
Dr. Hospedales said; "Well, regarding this, we need to proceed very carefully, I recommend recognizing that marijuana has serious psychological, medical, mental, social consequences, especially on the young, when they are still developing".
Dr. Hospedales added; "Having said that, we have produced a paper about the medical use of marijuana.
So, there are some recognized medical uses for it. I believe there should be a regional approach, I believe in legislation, education and regulations of how the product is used. Also as medicine or recreational product, we need to put it in its proper place."
Dr. Hospedales further stated; "We are proceeding a little bit too much in a hurry, a little bit of learning curve lessons of other culture and times, where people have been a little bit too free with drugs and ended up with some problems and then they have to go back and try to fix it.
So, I argue for regional approach, legislation and regulation of the product as part of protection of the use..."
THE CURACAO'S PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY
The Curacao pharmaceutical industry appears to be making millions and at the same time the Curacao population is suffering and becoming sicker with every passing day.
Currently Curacao has more than thirty-three percent (33%) (that is more than 53,460 people) of the population living with diabetes, and still yet; more than three percent (3%) of the Curacao population knows that they are HIV positive. That is more than 4,860 people and this statistic does not include the additional approximately 15% that does not know that they are HIV Positive or carriers of the deadly virus that causes AIDS; (Acquired Immunological Deficiency Syndrome).
WHY IS SUZY CAMELIA-ROMER DIPPING INTO THE KOOL AID AND DON'T EVEN KNOW THE FLAVOR?
End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) is on the increase in Curacao and according to scientist, it does not seem that smoking marijuana will cure Diabetes, HIV or ESRD, so the question persists why is Suzy Camelia-Romer "dipping into kool-aid and don't even know the flavor".
CURACAO CORNER
WHO DOES THE MARIJUANA PLANTATION BELONG TO, THE EUROPEAN-DUTCH, CURASALENOS, ILLEGAL VENEZUELAN/SOUTH AMERICANS, THE JAMAICAN IMMIGRANTS OR WHO?
"Mr. X"; a former politician and political pundit; responded that "maybe if the police never discovered who the land belonged to and who are the culprits behind the Marijuana Plantations; think about it Eugene Rhuggenaath cabinet needs to cut the budget by about 170 million guilders, that's equivalent to about two and one half (2.5) marijuana plantations. Now those are 2 facts, the question is are they inter-related or connected? But my PAR brother has to make sure this is investigated thoroughly and not let the same thing here, happened like what happened to Steve Martina (Political Party MAN) whiles he was incharge of the ministry of economic development".
