Willemstad, Curacao. During Curacao's Pre-Depression Economic record, Curacao's greatest national debt to GDP ratio era, low jobs and high unemployment, Minister of Economy and Finance; Kenneth Gijsbertha took issue to try and legally punish the person that leaked a document exposing the high salaries of government employees; instead of being transparent to the people. The Curacao public is left with a staggering choice; call for the immediate dismissal of government ministers and their political vote of no confidence by MP's or wait to see when Netherlands will recolonize Curacao because bad financial management and possible corruption throughout the system; historically and pathologically.

MONEY IS RAINING FOR GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES...

Complete pay statements of the board members of Curacao government companies have been leaked and has been circulating on social media since last week.

The Curacao community is surprised and outraged for the wage salaries of earnings on the statements.

One of the members of The Netherlands Second Chamber of Parliament; Ronald van Raak; apparently has the believe that, people who hold a public position should never earn more than the prime minister.

He wrote questions to The Netherlands Undersecretary of Kingdom Relations; Raymond Knops about the "exorbitant salaries":

• 1.) Is it true that salaries at the top of government companies in Curacao are much higher than the income of the Prime Minister?
• 2.) Why are the incomes of the top of these governmental corporations, who mainly perform public duties and are paid with public money, not made public?
• 3.) Does the financial supervisor; Cft; meanwhile have insight into the finances of the government companies on Curacao and Sint Maarten?
• 4.) Are you aware of the top incomes of the government companies on Curacao and Sint Maarten?
• 5.) Do you share my view that people who hold a public position should never earn more than the Prime Minister?

KENNETH GIJSBERTHA OF POLITICAL PARTY MAN UPSET OVER BEING CAUGHT WITH HIS AND THEIR HANDS IN THE COOKIE JAR OF "KICK-BACK FINANCE" 

But Curacao's Minister of Finance; Kenneth Gijsbertha (Political Party; MAN) has announced that he will file an official complaint at the Public Prosecution Officer (OM) for the leaking of the confidential information and that the Eugene Rhuggenaath cabinet is preparing regulations to "standardize" salaries within the government.

Gerrald; a Montaña resident said; "These people in government inventing new ways to steal from the public treasury and they mad cause they got caught and they are the same ones forcing for us to pay by raising our taxes! If they raise taxes we all going to join in and protest and call for new elections, and whiles we at it we will FREE Gerrit Schotte from jail and EXONERATE him, because enough is enough and Netherland knows they doing this because the Court Auditors and Cft must have known and did nothing about it except whispering it and crying instead of exposing the numbers, the people and political parties,  and the truth. All netherlands is doing it seems is trying to get the people so rived up that they want Netherlands to take back over Curacao formally; like what they did in St. Eustatius with Marcolino Franco. I read JJosephaNews and We the people demand governmental and parliamentary transparency not "cover-upper-cy"!"

Anthony; a Banda bou resident commented; "I read the platform of one new political party and they said that they had zero tolerance on corruption and will implement new rules to bring back into existence Parliamentary Accountability for corrupt politicians and MP's in Curacao. They got my vote! The country's finance has been in the hands of a few people, Jose Jardim and Kenneth Gijsbertha since 2010 for more than about 90% of the time, so who is to blame? It must start with Jose Jardim and Kenneth Gijsbertha, then Eugene Rhuggenaath,  then Cft and then the Court Auditors and then finally start in Netherlands, I read JJosephaNews online; so I'm educated on the topic."   

KdNT PARTY LEADER POINTS OF "POLITICALLY SCRATCHING BACKS FOR OTHERS BY GOVERNMENT MINISTERS FROM LEAKED DOCUMENTS

The Curacao Parliament opposition member; Amparo dos Santos (political party KdNT) appeared to be confirming that the leaked salaries statement for directors of government companies are real.

It appeared that the salaries listed on it are astronomically high, going up to ninety-five thousand guilders a month (NAf. 95,000/month).

DID SUZY CAMELIA-ROMER EARNED KICK-BACKS WHEN SHE WAS THE MINISTER OF TRAFFIC, TRANSPORTATION AND SPATIAL PLANNING IN 2015 OR DID SHE DO IT FOR EUGENE RHUGGENAATH; WHO WAS MINISTER OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT?

In a interview (see below); Amparo dos Santos declared that; Curacao's Minister of Health, Environment and Nature; Suzanne Camelia-Römer (Political party PIN) (former member of Political party PNP) appointed former CPost director Mr. Franklin Sluis for the position of Director of the Bureau Telecommunications Post and Utilities (BTPU) (when Camelia-Römer was Minister of Traffic, Transportation and Spatial Planning in 2015) and it is an example of the high salaries case.

Dos Santos: Surrounding Suzy, there is a lot of things going on. Let me give you an example. This is for you Suzy.

This is the Mr. Sluis that you appointed, that every bus driver has a problem with, about the gasoline, and it is a person, that you yourself appointed.

Take a look at the salary that that person has; Naphtaly (the reporter). Take a look at how much Sluis's salary is, seven hundred (NAf. 700,000) "something" thousand guildres a year. Which is about sixty-five thousand guildres a month (NAf. 65,000/month). They are people that you (Suzy) yourself appointed!

Reporter: Mr. Dos Santos, I must ask about Mr. Sluis which you brought up lately. It is something very delicate; but on the other hand, why does the Parliament do not come up with (Dutch Balkenendenorm) standardization of top incomes like in the Netherlands? Parliament is the one who could do this?

Dos Santos: You know, I want to tell you something, that in 2012, Schotte's government was in power, and there was an agreement made with different directors, that the maximum salary for those directors would not be higher than that of the Prime Minister.

But, there came a moment, that it was said, OK, there were certain responsibilities that cost the company and they came up with 19 to 20 thousand guildren a month.

Right now, as I am understanding, there were some things that got out off hands!

But now, I can understand, because, there is some things, maybe some of the directors, have something to do with the same minister (Suzy) and the minister also can maybe as well, get something (benefits) via those directors, and that is how the increase happen, but you must have a little awareness.

From yourself (Suzy), you won't be making a salary of sixty ((NAf. 60,000/month) to seventy thousand (NAf. 70,000/month) guildres a month because you know better.

Balkenendenorm is not in used in Netherlands government:

The term Balkenendenorm and Balkenende standard is also commonly used and interchangeable. The Balkenende standard is named after Jan Peter Balkenende; (Prime Minister of The Netherlands; from 2002 to 2010). The term is used in practice for various standards. That is why the term can cause confusion. The Dutch government does not use this word in reference to official documents.

This is common day slavery and from what I know and what I have experienced, it seems more evident that MAN and Hensley Koeiman, PAR and Eugene Rhuggenaath, and the new break-away party PIN lead by former PNP leader Suzy Camelia-Romer who is now Minister of Health and formerly the Minister of Traffic in the 6th Staten van Curacao and she was the former Prime Minister of The Netherland Antilles. 

So; how far does this go? I really wonder who really killed Helmin Wiels; because looked who is where? 

Lionel Capriles's daughter; Michele Russel-Capriles; is being appointed by Prime Minister Eugene Rhuggenaath (Political Party PAR) as Acting Governor, a spot possible to overturn Lucille george-Wout decision; for not going along with the plan for apparently embezzling more money for the so called Curacao Hospital, NOBO. That is probably one of the biggest scam on the Curacao population to date and "those people" laughing all the way to the bank at the Curacao's people expense via Curacao's Tax rate increase. 

Let's stop and think about it; you can't rob from The Netherlands and The Netherlands Government unless they let you! 

Normally, history would tell you that people who let you get away with stealing either are part of the scam itself directly or indirectly, or they benefit from the scam tremendously either now or in the future. 

Normally; history would tell you that the properties of a "Pull The Wool Over Your Head" usually comes out or is exposed when the scammer stops paying the blackmail or wants to change the conditions of the "so called arrangement". Like you all say in your newspaper, "do not kill the messenger kill the message".
