FORMER PRIME MINISTER,MINISTER OF SOCIAL SERVICES AND MAN LEADER OFFICIALLY RESIGNED!

Eight weeks ago Former Prime Minister of Curacao; Hensley Koeiman; sent a letter to the MAN party board for his resignation. On Jun 13 2019, it was announced that Hensley Koeiman; is no longer the political party leader of the coalition party MAN.

The reason to keep his resignation behind the public back were due to problems around Former Minister of Economy; Steven Martina and his intended successor Neysa Isenia.

According to Neysa Schoop-Isenia, the traditional political powers frustrated her appointment to the post as minister of Economy. Apparently; she referred to an information that was leaked from the Central Bank against her appointment.

The information appeared to link Neysa Schoop-Isenia; an interim Finance Executive of the utility company- Aqualectra; to an issue that could compromise her integrity during her tenure as manager of Giro Bank, at the time GiroBank was placed under curatorship.

After Neysa Schoop-Isenia withdrew her postulacion to become the Minister of Economy, she initiated legal actions against officials from Central Bank of Curacao and Sint Maarten; aka; "Central Bank". It is said that Koeiman's political party MAN's Chairman and spokesperson; Yves Schoop is family member of Neysa Schoop-Isenia. 

The exact reason of why Koeiman is leaving is unknown, and has not been announced by the political party; MAN, but the curacao public and electorate; demands an immediate answer and most all the curacao public and electorate demands the truth and the facts for his departure personally from Hensley Koeiman himself. Furthermore members of the public have stated; "if Hensley Koeiman does not explain himself in person; within the months end, then NO listed member from the political Party, MAN from 9 elections past and present will never ever receive their vote, in the next General Election or those to come; and this includes the party-jumpers and the "Ketchup Politicians"; like Giselle McWilliam aka "GMc-335" and Elsa Rozendal, who left PAIS to join MAN and especially, "the man of every hour" aka "Motor-Boat" aka; Eugene Cleopa. Therefore; Koeiman can be a next "Alex Rosario of 2016 Election" willing to promote Netherlands Euthanasia in Curacao for his own former political party MAN!"

Hensley Koeiman's resignation could be related to problems and mismanagement at Curacao's Ministry of Social Affairs; (SOAW) and that with lawyer; Roy Botse a MAN member. However; a similar scenario could be contrived to be the same situation as when SOAB investigated the payment of 150,000 Guilders to the Minister Plenipotentiary in Brussels, Netherlands; Dr. Caryl Monte; whom was a member of the Board of The Foundation of the Bureau of Government Auditors, SOAB of the Netherland Antilles, and a person whom did not request payment for his volunteer work but Vanessa Tore; (2010-2013 Interim Secretary General of Ministry of Economy aka "MEO"); Sector director for foreign economic operations, in the Ministry of Economy, lead by Alex Rosario and Political Party, PAIS. There it demonstrated a conflict of Interest.

Also, from June 10th 2019, JJosephaNews noted that the Official Curacao's Governmental site; took down Hensley Koeiman's biography. According to JJosephaNews this irregularity was observed from; at least June 10th 2019; when questioned for  clarifications by JJosephaNews occured and later; as well when the public requested for clarification to this irregularity, no immediate response was given.
