VENEZUELA HUMANITARIAN AID IS IN CURACAO, NOW WHAT?

Willemstad, Curacao. Reportedly the first plane carrying humanitarian aid destined for Venezuela landed at Curacao’s Hato airport; carrying medical aid and food; even though Nicolas Maduro’s government does not want to allow the aid onto Venezuelan soil.

It was reported that Pro-Juan Guaido Venezuelan supporters in Curacao, cheered while singing their country’s national anthem, when the plane touched down in Curacao; after flying from Miami.
The Nicolas Maduro government has expressed their concerns for receiving the humanitarian aid by saying that The United State and President Donald Trump is making the humanitarian aid a big deal and that it is being disguised to mask the invasion of  Venezuela from Curacao. Nicolas Maduro’s predecessor, President Hugo Chavez always said the same thing about Curacao and a possible invasion by the “American Yankees” from Curacao.

Even Though Nicolas Maduro has tried to block the US aid from entering Venezuela by the Colombian and Brazilian borders, Miguel Rodriguez Deputy Manager of Pensions at AFP Capital (a Venezuelan organizer of the shipment), told AFP (AFP Capital is a company dedicated in Chile to the pension, insurance, mutual fund and stock businesses) that the aid would be transferred by Saturday to a nearby seaport where it would await the local government's authorization to sail for Venezuela.
Nicolas Maduro, still with the commander of the Venezuelan military, has ordered the sea and air ports of entry linked with Curacao be suspended. In addition to further Curacao economic shrinkage, the former minister of economic development, Steven Martina, has been listed as a suspect in a criminal case by Curacao’s Public Prosecutors Office.
