GERRIT SCHOTTE OUT OF PRISON
After 2 years of his conviction, former leader of the political party Movementu Futuro Korsou (MFK): Mr. Gerrit schotte was freed today November 27th 2020.
SCHOTTE IS OUT OF PRISON
After Schotte was condemned for among other things; Falsification of documents, it was reported that; Gerrit Schotte was suppose to go home under conditions from June 24th 2020 but got released today November 27th 2020.
During an interview, MFK political party fraction leader: Mr. Charles Cooper declared and confirmed Gerrit Schotte's released from SDKK prison.
According to Cooper, there were certain restrictions towards Schotte's released process, where people can not drive towards SDKK direct building reception to receive or see Schotte.
One of the reasons given was to prevent blocking the prison main street and COVID-19 restrictions.
Cooper declared that Schotte's immune system could be down because the food in SDKK is not so good, Schotte can not give hugs and hand shake.
Schotte was supposed to be released at 9:00 AM but was Released at 9:20 AM.
When he was in the Police car getting out, he put his hand out of the car with a fist in the air.
SCHOTTE FIRST WORDS LEAVING PRISON
Gerrit Schotte declare the following:
"In peace, tranquil! It is a day of a lot of emotions. In the first place, I want for you all to take care, please people do not come and hug me, there is a pandemic, keep distance. From the heart I appreciate that you are here but let's take care of each other. In my case, I watch the television everyday and I see how the cases are agglomerating more and more. I do not want for this to be a super spreaders event, so you all please, take care.
I entered with the bible in my hands I got out with it in my heart. I appreciate all of those that are here. I just spoke with my children, the smaller one said to me that she will sleep with me on all sides today and that fills a father's heart. For all of those staying behind in Prison Block 6, I will not lie to you, Block 6 is a Block that is separately, they call it a "Special Regime" (in Dutch: Bijzonder Regime), but in reality it became a "Special Regime" because of how we behave in there! I left a couple of men of God behind. There are new detainees that got there recently, there are a lot of friends, people that I never judged for what they did because I can not and if I judge them they would also judge me, I lived that way for the last 24 month, during the 7 days I was living at Barber, Mr./Mrs Ayala got me out of Barber 6 years ago, he/she said that he/she will also get me out of SDKK Amen. And well, I hope to have the fair chance to re-do my life."
