CURACAO TEACHERS WORRIED
Parents and Teachers are worried because other schools will stay open.
Among other things Marbella Felipa of the Education Syndicate; DOEN; stated;"A plan of action for schools COVID transmission does not exist."
She continued; "there isn't a plan in place for teachers and parents to know what they must do. DOEN wants for the schools to be close for two weeks so that a lock-down can be prevented."
She explained; "There isn't a balance of experts where education experts can take decision to reach a balance in this case. Violation of measurements happened, classes were full and more than 50% of locations are filled with children in classes."
Marbella further stated; "to be able to comply with phase-2, the school classes must be smaller. There is NO INVESTMENT IN EDUCATION but MENACE OF CUTTING IN the EDUCATION BUDGET."
Marbella exclaimed; "we want an education more COVID responsible!"
