It was reported that one of Curacao's parliamentary opposition political party; Korsou di Nos Tur (KDNT), is going to file a official report against four ministers of the Rhuggenaath cabinet.

WHAT'S THE CRIME?

It was alleged that the Curacao government intended and attempted to "give away 136 million guilders to HNO Vastgoed en Beheer.

Accordong to HNO official website, HNO is; "transferring the personnel to a new company that will be operated with a new financial vision; the latter is currently in its final stages of completion after undergoing thorough analysis of the previous financial ailments of the hospital. HNO Transitie en Exploitatie N.V. will be home to all activities surrounding patients and their care, and sister company HNO Vastgoed en Beheer N.V. will be responsible for all building related and

maintenance activities. Both are subsidiaries of the holding company: Stichting HNO Holding."

It is unclear what the HNO site referred to on the maintenance activities of the new hospital since, Ballast Nedam were awarded the contract to design and construct the new hospital, including maintaining the building for the next 15 years.

They have placed their signature under the Hospital Nobo Otrobanda (HNO) Outline Agreement (new hospital under construction). Lucille George-Wout; The Governor of Curacao, has established that they were NOT Authorized to do so! That was in part; the reason for the governor not to sign for the national decree, where a loan of 200 million guilders; (equivalent to more than $112 Million (USD) US Dollars); which would have also been arranged to complete the HNO project.


WHO ARE THE ACCUSED?
The complaint was filed against:

• 1) Curacao Prime Minister; Eugene Rhuggenaath
• 2) Curacao Minister of Finance and Economy; Kenneth Gijsbertha
• 3) Minister of Health, Environment and Nature; Suzanne (Suzy) Camelia-Römer
• 4) Minister of. Traffic, Transport and Spatial Planning; Zita Jesus-Leito
