CURACAO JUSTICE MAKING A JOKE ON THE PUBLIC?

Willemstad, Curacao. Last year December, the then Curacao Spokesman of The Public Prosecutor's Office (OM), Mr. Norman Serphos made a comment, that was a non-acceptable comment on his private Facebook Account towards a common citizen, Mr. Wladimir Alberto's Facebook page, Mr. Alberto had died in a terrible accident at Curacao Juliana Bridge on the 20th of December.
After commenting on Alberto's Facebook page, Norman Serphos made a false complaint to the Curacao police office for investigation, because he said he did not post the comment and his Facebook account was hacked.
JUSTICE IS SERVED?
On April 1st, Norman Serphos heard a conditional community service sentence of 60 hours against him. According to his employer, the spokesperson had an exemplary function. The judge will rule on 8 April on Serphos case.
BIGGEST APRIL FOOLS?
JJosephaNews spoke with a Punda businessman about the OM former worker Mr. Serphos. The punda businessman said the sentencing is an april fools joke on the Curacao society.
