ELIJAH CUMMINGS MAY HAVE JUST CAUSED DONALD TRUMP TO WIN THE 2020 ELECTION?

Willemstad, Curacao. Elijah E.Cummings, Chair of The U.S. House of Representatives Oversight and Reform Committee invited Micheal Cohen before the committee, to once again answer questions. Political pundits claim that the motives for such a maneuver is completely political and lend towards a destructive anti-Trump 2020 Presidential Campaign for a second term in office. Congressman Jordan and Mark Meadows repeatedly demonstrated and submitted documents as evidence that prove that what Michael Cohen was stating in some cases were actually contrary to the truth.

ELIJAH CUMMINGS POLITICAL HISTORY WILL BE KNOWN FOR ...

Elijah E. Cummings, Chairman of the main investigative committee in the U.S. House of Representatives; The Committee on Oversight and Reform; warned the press; “to get it right!” Chairman Elijah Cummings stated that, "We have a situation where we have strayed so far away from normal in our country, and we have got to get back to center".

Chairman Cummings said; "we have Rosenstein who said; that it's quite possible that the american people would never see the report or just about that comes out of Mueller's investigation".

DON’T PREACH WHAT YOU DON’T PRACTICE….

Chairman Cummings; reiterated that the american people wanted accountability and therefore they elected the democrats in the last election in districts that were Trumps districts.

Chairman Cummings; further went on to state; "Over the last 2 years there has not been any accountability, None! None! Couldn't get a subpoena, Couldn't get a hearing, couldn't get witnesses and all we were trying to do was our job".

Chairman Cummings emphasized; that "We must be a committee with integrity.."

He further stated that; “I want to be effective and efficient in everything we do and in order to be effective and efficient one of the thing we gotta' do, that you gotta' reclaim civility and that is one of the things that I was trying to do in there. #2 we got to make sure that we get information.."

FOOL YOU ONCE SHAME ON ME, FOOL YOU TWICE SHAME ON YOU….

Chairman Cummings then claimed, that the executive branch is trying to suppress the press.

Chairman Cummings also said; "I appreciated Mr. (Michael) Cohen coming in; ughm.. I thought that he brought a lot to the table and described the Donald Trump that he knows and we will see where we go from there".

Chairman Elijah Cummings said that he believed that Cohen told the truth, when asked what was the most important thing he learnt in the session.

Chairman Cummings also said that "I have been practicing law for, first of all as I said in there, I practice law for many years, and of the things that I did was represent a lot of lawyers who got in trouble and I am use to watching witnesses I think, I think that, I think that he, I think that he, first of all, I think that he is very, something a light bulb went off in his head I guess and he said you know what i'm going the wrong way, and I wanna change things, I wanna reverse things and I think he is remorseful."

IN RETROSPECT...

Republican Representative Jordan, apparently noted that Michael Cohen had a maximum sentence of 70 years but he will be serving 3 years.  Therefore, 3 x 12 = 36. Apparently at 9 counts in his charges, Cohen for his apparent exchange would be getting from almost 8 years per count apparently reduced down to 4 months per count.

Roughly Cohen should have been charged with 9 counts that carried a maximum sentence time of 70 years and a total maximum fine of about $2 million USD (See illustration 1.0 bellow)

MICHAEL COHEN’S APPEARANCE WAS A REMINDER OF A SAD PUPPY-DOG FACE?

Some from the social media community commented that Michael Cohen appeared like “a big wet sad St. Bernard puppy, but they felt that would only be insulting St. Bernards, however, a dog is man’s best friend, but Cohen's testimony seemed bitter and revengeful.

Mr. Cohen made defamatory accusations towards the President of the United States, which seemed rehearsed and titled soundbites for future or potential anti-trump campaign ads.

QUESTIONS TO PONDER ABOUT MICHAEL COHEN’S PRESENCE BEFORE THE COMMITTEE ONCE AGAIN, AFTER LYING THE FIRST TIME...

• Was Cohen truly sorry for his actions or truly sorry he got caught?
• How did the FBI get the warrant/permission to search Cohen’s home and office?
• Why did Cohen still have important evidence in his possession after the investigation, and is any of the information uncompromised now?
• How and why was Cohen’s total prison sentence term so drastically reduced from the stated maximum?
• Was Cohen a good lawyer to Donald Trump?
• Why did he intentionally record his client - Donald Trump’s conversation?
• Did Cohen also have sexual relations or pay-for-service relation with Stephanie Clifford aka Stormy Daniels/Waters; a porn actress and stripper,  and could this be extortion or blackmail as well by Stephanie Clifford on both Trump and Cohen?
• The old popular cliche; birds of the same feather flock together, if true then if Trump is allegedly cheating on Melania Trump, doesn’t that also mean that Michael Cohen may as well; was cheating on his wife also?
• Was Cohen collaborating with foreign agents or acting as a lobbyist?

COMMON DECENCY & ETHICS IN STANDING COMMITTEE, CHAIRED BY ELIJAH E. CUMMINGS, SIDING WITH DEMOCRATIC DETROIT CONGRESSWOMAN RASHIDA TLAIB vs. GOP CONGRESSMAN MARK MEADOWS

Feminism and racist cynicism riddled the Democratic freshman of Michigan's 13th congressional district contribution. Being an attorney congresswoman Rashida Tlaib knew exactly what she was saying and implying to the GOP Congressman, Mark Meadows and yet, Chairman Elijah Cummings rhetoric was to remind Congressman Meadows who was the chair of the committee and then to pardon the freshman congresswoman.

JJosepha News reached out to congressman and Chairman of the Oversight and Reform committee; Elijah E. Cummings, but was unable to get a response from him nor his Washington-DC nor Baltimore office staff.

THE RELATIONSHIP OF CIVILITY AND CONGRESSWOMAN RASHIDA TLAIB IS LIKE THAT OF MICHAEL COHEN BEING BEST FRIENDS WITH THE TRUTH - IT WILL HARDLY EVER HAPPEN.

Detroit Pistons may have been the bad boys of the NBA, but Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib latest actions of accusing congressman Mark Meadows of racist bigotry. Raises the questions of ethics and common decency. The worst thing to see was how congressman Cummings tried to ice-frosting over congresswoman Tlaib response and who apparently was so insensitive that she could not realize she was being offered a “life-line” to correct her apparent ill judgement and apparent racist cynicism to congressman Meadows; which was wrongly placed.

Congresswoman Tlaib, was said “we will impeach the Mother F**ker and she said those in ear distance of small children, what example is that and why wasn’t she removed from committee and forced to apologize for reckless child endangerment by using such obscenity in the presence of minors and especially in regards to the presidency, regardless if the president was democratic or republican. Shame!! Shame!!!

DEMOCRATIC CIVILITY...

Recall above what Chairman Elijah Cummings said after the meeting, as though the cameras were not present, or eyes could not see what was “democratic civility”. This many would say is that during the slavery period, that the white masters dreaded and fear would happen if the  slaves would one day take over. It was hypothesize that the slave would then treat the whites as they had treated them. However; that premise was not based on the fact that all whites during that time were not and did not share the same “mono-enslavement perspective”.

Where was the fairness, equality and balance when a chairman needed to be, but wasn’t congressman Elijah E. Cummings also the same congressman who was considering to boycott President Trump’s inauguration along with his democratic colleagues, so can he be fair and balance in the face of the democrat machinery? Effectivity & Efficiency requires non-polarized fairness for true progress, advancement and development.

TRUMP-ISM: WHO ELSE IS INFECTED?

A new type of hate crime should be written into law, a mental disorder called “Trump-ism”, which causes logical thinkers and democrats and to a degree republicans, to become illogical brainwashed zombies, only focused on destroying anything that is Trump connected, Trump associated or Trump related. Jussie Smollett in the news with apparently great deception, once again spewing Trump-ism and trying to frame MAGA, may in reality be no different than the Oversight & Reform Committee inviting Michael Cohen to talk about Donald Trump.
