CURACAO OIL REFINERY AND IT'S RELATIONSHIP WITH THE WORLD SUPERPOWERS!

Willemstad, Curacao. Curacao oil refinery; "Isla Refinery"; seems to be sticking in it's own smoke, by not having a strategic partner.
- OPERATIONAL OIL REFINERY BUT WITHOUT STRATEGIC PARTNER…
The Government appears to agree in allowing the Isla Refinery to remain operational without a strategic partner. The government seems to be working to keep the contract ongoing with PDVSA for more years, do they really have an option?
II. BUSINESS REGULATION IS NOT HELPING THE ECONOMY
With Curacao business regulation and taxation, there is low chances for a smart business intellect to invest in the Oil refinery. Curacao is among top 10 countries for pollution per capita. That would tell you how much care there is for mother nature and it's constituents. The climate in the neighboring country, Venezuela, is causing Curacao's economy and health environment to be out of balance, claims some environmental scientists. The economy depends in a large percent of export and refining of oil, the healthcare sector is rising the Countries debt.
III . CURACAO POLITICAL WATERS SEEMS TURBULENT
With Russia's president; Vladimir Putin, Cuba's president; Miguel DÃaz-Canel and China's President Xi Jinping alluding to support the "unrecognized" Venezuelan president; Nicolás Maduro Moros, Curacao is surrounded in a "sea of dangerous hot water".
IV. TRUMP RECOGNIZES GUAIDO AS VENEZUELA'S OFFICIAL LEADER…
Juan Guaidó of The Venezuelan Will Party and the President of The National Assembly, has declared himself the legitimate interim President of Venezuela; since the end of Nicolas Maduro's first term. January it was reported that the US President Donald J Trump has said that he recognizes Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaidó as interim president.
V. HOW HELPLESS IS CURACAO?
Curacao can't defend itself if a conflict were to happened between any of these super or mega-power nations. During the 1932's to 1945 Aruba and Curacao's part played in the World War II was as a refueling point that provided 70% of the fuel used by allied forces. Since then the refinery industry has stuck with Curacao & Aruba. Therefore Curacao's parliament would not be able to handle such international strategic chess playing. Was the opportunities to work for greater freedom ever in the hands of Curasalenos? The answer is absolutely yes as drafted in Curacao's Constitution of 2010 where the implied ability to create a sovereignty via strengthen a military presence or program. However; the foresight of those parliamentarians apparently failed to capture the opportunity that would today have Curacao closer to protect its borders, nation and its people. Since Curacao is not an independent self governing country, Curacao is not free 100% from mother Netherlands, the checkerboard seems in the direction to the King of the Netherlands. Can the Netherlands protect Curacao from any conflict or would Netherlands real and truly want to protect Curacao from any conflict?
VI. WILL CLIMATE CHANGE END HUMANITY?
The youngest woman ever elected to the U.S. House of Representatives, Democratic Rep for the 14th Congressional District of New York; Miss Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez; made a bold "end of times" prediction that; Climate Change will terminate the Human race, in saying that, "the world is going to end in 12 years if we don't address climate change". According to some environmental activist, Now Climate change is the big villain to fight and for that cause, the fight is against fossil fuel.
